How bad is other altcoin value

Bitcoin being the base crypto in the cryptoworld, it is already expected that altcoins' market value is dragged down whenever bitcoin falls down too. That's the very reason everyone who are holding until 2017 when bitcoin's price rises drastically because their altcoins rise significantly too.

You are absolutely right, there is a similarity and in turn is a dependency that exists between Bitcoin and the Altcoins, otherwise the possibility that the survival altcoins have is that they always depend on Pump and Dump.

Not only that but there are lot of coins who really doesn't have that ability to elevate the price because the dev's completely stop their roadmaps and schedules. So the true potential if any has been hindered by the people behind the coins.

there are nearly 2000 coins in market today. nearly 1750 of them will get 0 value in 3 years. dont waste your money in altcoins.

For now it's bad but that would not be the care in the future because eventually a recovery will take place.

It cannot be denied, most of altcoins holders now are not happy with the value of their holdings, some just loss almost 100% of the value.
This is not the time to panic, if you believe that the team are still capable of developing the project, the time will come the market will recover and their coins will regain its value, it's not new, bearish sentiment is always here when the market is bearish.
