in my opinion satoshi nakamoto is not a government. because the concept of decentralized bitcoin is very much at odds with governments that tend to be authoritarian. maybe he is an individual, group or company. who felt depressed during the global economic crisis in 2008. Then they looked for solutions and finally Bitcoin came out. in my opinion what is more important is that bitcoin has provided new breakthroughs in the financial system and technology.

It is impossible that the creator of bitcoin is from the government.
If it is owned by the government, then they will actually use and develop it in the very first place.
Bitcoin has been recently known in the whole world, and that is the time when the government heard about it.

Governments like to own absolute control especially when it comes to financial matters like this. Bitcoin was not created by the governments because the governments would have controlled its transactions till date. Bitcoin is absolutely decentralized and still the creator's identity remains anonymous.

In the first place, there's no strong evidence or claims that could support the argument of the OP, in addition, why do banks and government becomes alarmed through the development of cryptocurrency. One fact about it is when I opened a bank account and some clerks are asking if my money is from cryptocurrency. In that scenario, I can say they have some fishy thoughts about crypto and it proves why government isn't the one behind the creation of cryptocurrency.

Which conspiracy theory are you pointing out? People who know bitcoin know that it is Satoshi Nakamoto who invented bitcoin but as to his personal identity, it is still unclear until now if he is a real person or just a pseudonym which is a person behind famous digital currency called bitcoin. If it is to strengthen financial aspect of the modern world, I doubt it because until now banks and governments are still against wide adoption of bitcoin. just my opinion.

Not conspiracy with bitcoin and no one can't take manager and control with bitcoin price, government have big power but can't control how bitcoin price at the future, they only can get access for legal or illegal bitcoin as transaction or investment assets, but government never have power how to make bitcoin have price based on their mind and take bitcoin to lower price.

Since it is just a theory, we cannot really be certain about it. We should look at every angle on how can it be possible that it was the government that created bitcoin. Knowing that bitcoin is a decentralize currency in nature, it can already be a solid proof that it is not created by them. Also, bitcoin is a very complicated currency which means for you to be able to create such thing, the greatesy knowledge and skills is required and I can't see anyone in the government as great as that.

Since the creator of bitcoin is unknown there is a speculation that the bitcoin market is created by some government who wants to devalue the US dollar, you do not need a government to control these things in the beginning even if you go by that theory  . even the government won't benefit anything from creating decentralized currency like bitcoin and using it to gain financial strength is doesn't make sense at the slightest. The reality is that now governments are trying hard to regulate it through controlling many third party services that are centralized. If the coin was truly created by government they won't waste that much effort just to enforce a regulation that's not guaranteed to be effective.

There is very less possibility that a government is bitcoin creator. Personally I don't wanna believe it although still it's a mystery. A government couldn't benefited from it if they create bitcoin. Because it's a decentralized currency and no pre-mined. Government unable to control it somehow and there is no way to raise fund from worldwide since they have to mine. Anyone is free to do mining if they want. So I am not aware how a government would beneficiary. But black money holders would beneficiary of bitcoin since they could hide it from government and that's why almost worldwide government don't like this decentralized ecosystem. To be honest I think even bitcoin creator didn't expected that his coin will popular like this and it will create a financial revolution but it has been happening. Still I believe bitcoin has been created by a person or a group but not by any government.

If anyone is not familiar with that term - the "black budget" is unofficial budget os such services used for activities which are illegal or morally questionable and as such cannot be put in the official records (like bribery, arming insurgent groups during a civil war).

In this case, cryptocurrencies could be easier in use and transportation than banknotes.
