I saw on telegram that a lot of BCNEX platform users had problems when withdraw or transfer BCNEX fellow e-mail tokens, and I just also tried to withdraw ETH to the wallet, it turned out to be true FAILED status. I hope this problem will be resolved, so that platform users are not disappointed and don't make the end of the year as an excuse/holiday

Yesterday I tried withdrawal LTC, 3 times I tried but failed
even though the amount that I WD above the minimum withdrawal amount and has been confirmed by email.
If you got failed it better to sell your LTC and try to trade with another coin, I was success WD using TRX, but for small amount about $4 in TRX, very fast it take less than 2 minutes. But, i don't know it will success for today or not. DWYOR. |

It was looks like a fast growing exchange... but as I see they have problems already? |

A few days ago I also sold a bit of bcnex and exchanged it for eth, but as you said, the bcnex system for WD often fails, and even I have tried it many times, but after getting advice from several admins to try to exchange it in XRP form, and it turns out that my withdrawal was successful, I think the team must immediately improve their exchanger system so that it can work better and faster. |

Yes there are some problems that have arisen in the withdrawal I see at the moment, I hope the bcnex team must pay attention to their services to bcnex exchange users and improve effective services for platform users I agree they should improve their support system because I have sent an email regarding my bounty payments and even I have qualified the KYC procedure and till now I didn't get any response from the team. How long it is going to take to get a reply from the Bcnex support? |

I think this is just a technical issue, as we know many users sent ticket to the team but no specific information about this issue. So far, I also have stuck withdrawal with pending status, and their response to my ticket just say to wait and will fixed this issue ASAP. Because i'm not part of the team, so I can't talk much about this problem. |
