Since nobody is posting the update about the withdrawal issue, Here is their update regarding the delay:

ANNOUNCEMENT on the UNLOCKING of WITHDRAWAL FUNCTIONS on BCNEX exchange

Dear Bcnex-ers,
As you know, 20 days passed since the the moment we locked the withdrawal functions. Maintenance still going on smoothly, but some stages are required more time. That is why we decided to UNLOCK PARTLY of withdrawal functions.
Withdrawal functions of following tokens will be AVAILABLE from 22:00 (GMT+7) on Friday, January 17, 2020 :
- BTC
- USDT
- ETH
- BCNX
Users can trade other tokens into those 4 tokens above & then make a withdrawal transaction.
Wallet of other tokens will be available to withdraw in near future.

and I have been waiting for more than 2 hours but the coins did not reach my wallet and everyone asked about that on the telegram and even got banned by the admin

It looks like the liquidity gets centralized on those coins and that's why the team was enabling the withdrawal for those coins. Someone above me has already posted if he is not yet received his coin even a few hours have already passed and my friend is getting the same problem too. Too much people are getting banned on the telegram group.

It's nothing even compared with yobit and I just got surprised to see there is no a lot of differences on the total balances that available on bcnex hotwallet. Some exchange sites are putting such restriction to be able control the user's money. I have experienced with another exchange site that called liquid that was using manual process and it takes almost 2 day to receive your money. The bcnex TG channel is getting delete by the team.

Some people have withdrawn their money off the exchange but they could not do more than 50$ or else it will be rejected.

You can not find their link to the main and local Telegram channel because they are hiding it, which means there is something wrong happening with them.
Not to mention a few people got banned by them because of this issue.

I think we can do nothing but wait and according to the latest information they will soon open withdrawals soon but until now a lot of investors could not withdraw money at this exchange. Currently, many investors feel very upset and if they try FUD in telegram, they will kick you out of the group. In my opinion this is wrong and the group needs to answer for everyone here.
