Yes, you are right, even they are not issuing withdrawal which are less than 100$ means they have cheated the investors and people who invested there for trading. Really, they raised a very good amount during their crowdsales. It is very hard to believe because raised very good amount and started exchange leads to get a reputation, it is really bad.

During their exchange launch for a few months they have released the withdrawals on time in order to attract the community and new investors, later they have set a different model for Bounty people but nobody got their payment from them because they are not releasing any payments now.
