Yep, that's also happen on me. first time withdraw I'm using BNB and it's really smooth withdraw (If I'm not mistaken it's less than ten minutes) after that I have problem with my phone and short story I lost my Google Auth, when I reset 2FA, I admit that the support team was very responsive, even less than one week my 2FA issue already solved I was able again to access my BCNex account. then, I see a lot of people getting issue with their withdraw so I decide to try it by myself and yeah, now withdraw issue is really happen (to me) 

Website Status (when I write this comment), Website is already normal again. Hopely another issue will be solved as soon as possible

The withdrawal seems to be still delayed because the BCNEX team is on holiday in the lunar new year. So it was forced to all have to wait even longer. I myself have begun to doubt that this exchange can solve all the problems they make.

I think Bcnex is not scam,  they still answered in telegram channel. My First withdraw was successful. My second withdraw is pending,  team said they will fix it soon as possible. For this reason Bcnex lost many investors and traders. I hope they will solve this problem very soon.

Maybe you said so, but recently they have bad behavior when they prioritize their holiday rather than solving several issue on their exchange.

ouh that's the bad news that I heard, I went back to the bcnex account but I couldn't log in when I asked for proof to be sent to gmail to get into the device and I tried logging in again and they asked for proof of login in gmail and it was so continuous that I couldn't log in to my account, does anyone experience the same thing as me?

Not a good sign, having their website offline without a single word coming from the CEO is enough proof that they don't have enough money to continue their exchange and just decided to pull the plug and do an exit scam.

They in here are Bcnex's admin not their team member, which means we do not know the exchange still active or not because the admin only works as a 3rd party to make sure everybody gets their questions answered. The team has not made an appearance for days, it is not a good sign so far. They might pull some trick as Idax did before, they claimed their CEO was missing and he brought all of their cold wallets with him.

Exchange is down, which I never expect the website should be offline, previously they promised many times very soon they will activate the withdrawal but suddenly without any intimation how can the website is offline. Yes, there are many people kept a lot of hopes on this project.

as @Javi said, there are differences between those who handle the community (telegram community) with the core team of BCNEX.
I am quite sure that they (the community manager "telegram admin") do not even know what is really happen inside the BCNEX core team and what they (core team) real issue faced.

The problem is they don't have the liquidity to pay all outstanding withdrawals. This is a common exit strategy of most dying exchange. Your ETH withdrawal is as good as gone just like everyone else who are waiting for their own withdrawals.

• More Important Holiday Than Solving Several Issue [Including Withdraw Issue]

My withdrawal request was rejected after 1 week. It's not just me, in the Telegram group plenty of people have written about rejected request. I don't want to convince myself that Bcnex is a scam. I worked 4 weeks for them in their bounty. So I'm thinking of waiting until the end.
