Not sure whether this would be possible right away. But I am sure this will happen as soon as exchange is fully available for trading.

Higher volume, security, hacking, many challenges are there for existing exchange. We need more number of new  advance exchange which can protect our funds and should provide infra for higher volume

How many thinks new high in 2019 for crypto?  I know it's too early to say anything,  but I have seen many experts claiming new high by Dec 2019. Anyone here thinks it's possible?
