Back in 2016, we were all very happy that there are quite a lot of resources on the network that used Bitcoin to pay for services and to buy goods. I would like this development trend of using Bitcoin to continue today. This would really change the cryptocurrency market for the better.

There is a major improvement now, but investors are smarter or wiser now.
Market fundamentals are good for crypto, but price can be manipulated that's why we are seeing a price volatility or a pump and dump.

Those that buy bitcoin in 2016 and are still holding it have makes serious profit if they are still holding and if they are opportune to sell 2017 has really make serious profits then.  Even at the current price bitcoin is still doing very well compared to what was happening then in 2016.

idk and we dont know if there are still faithful investors after the 2017 hype that happen . who on earth would not be tempted to sell when the value of all cryptos are on times 10 max ?  but yes  , they can still earn some income today and they can still earn much more in the next incoming day/weeks/years  . but the regret will still remain  .

Not many people happen to sell at peak. Rather there were many retails investors who enter the market when the market was at full peak. Their reason for the enter was fear of missing not. Only the whales or the real investors were able to take the profit as they knew the trend and only they know when to sell at peak.

BTC will definitely recover mate, it's nice to trade when the price is bullish so you can come back anymore.
The amount you loss is also big for me, I guess we have the same range but I don't loss that amount in trading since I prefer to hold at bad times.

Combining them will increase the pressure, especially in gambling where the emotion is high and the winning chance is low.

Halving will come by around May 2020 and just compare the results that occurred for the past halving events over the entire run of bitcoin. Mining rewards will be lessen and difficutly will increase which can turn the demand higher.

What means pump and dump for you? since I read some commenting about pump and dump a moment ago. And for me, bitcoin is so hard to be use as a place for pump and dump. If the rising price at this time caused buy pump then we will see the price dump already but it's not, till this time the price bitcoin still showing to the price up. However, your statement can be right because we will not know what will happen afterward, but I hope the price will go up and leave the bearish market.

There is no point in thinking what could have been, if you did not invested in the market at that time then forget about it you cannot go back in time and invest during that year, we are in 2019 and you need to find ways to make money under the current market circumstances, it may seem as if we are headed to a recovery but that may not be the case and the price could crash again and you need to be prepared for it.

I know it's hard but there are still many coins that are being released every day and some of them are going to become successful during the next two years you just need to find them and invest in them and even more importantly to keep holding them even when the price goes down.

We must look bitcoin price from start to now because we can't look and compare bitcoin price only from certain year. Not only from 2016, but since beginning i think bitcoin price really improved and even it is hard to adopted as payment, as assets it's already good.

Well i'm not really praying for anything like that. But for the sake of those that are day trading and those trying to recover losses, i hope it does rise. We're not primed yet for a steady bull market but what's happening now, even before we got to 5k, its a good sign of things to come.

Well by december of last year i think i was the best time for investing i remember the $30 lite coin as a stable coin jokes now the invester have like X3 profit and bitcoin1.5 profit. There is always a certain period for which Bitcoin at first crashes, but then again rises.
If you keep a close eye to the graph then you can know the right time to invest.
And as far you are concerned about the chance of Bitcoin to rise, it only depends on us.
