I'm wondering what will happen to ICO if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ plus per one to find its bottom? Will ICO start dying off ? Cos presently ICO is already suffering from market condition and I'm wondering what ICO fate would be it bitcoin falls further ,any thoughts???

If price goes back to $1000 we will see more ICOs because the smart contracts would be cheaper and the way to distribute tokens will be cheaper too. But that will not make from ICOs a clean business most of them will end in scam as always.

Smart contracts are always cheap no matter what is the current price of bitcoins are  . devs of those ico did not capitalize huge money to initially start their projects  .

Now if btc drops in a much lower rate i believe ico's are still the same  . they are still risky but the rewards can still be verry high if ever you found a legit one that turns to become succesful after how many months of running .

ICOs will be following it and that's pegged to the bitcoin and not ethereum even ethereum does it also. Let's take a look on tron and how it was creating a lot of money for the early investors of ico. that can be a proof about a good ico is really worth to invest,

At the moment, when the price of BTC goes to $4,100, the ICO still not improve. In my opinion, when the exchange rate of BTC rise to more than $10,000, the ICO must be recovered and not fail. So that I hope the situation of this market will be good in the future, in the next six months.

because with bitcoin everything stands or falls, i can well imagine that even icos fall with him or die out. but right now it does not look like bitcoin is falling to $1000. therefore you can not blame him for the extinction of icos.

yah right now the price of bitcoin is 3,900$ almost all of ICO is suffering some ICO failed to reach softcap/hardcap, what if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ for sure ICO will die, hope that bitcoin price gets better so the ICO and bounty stay strong and continue to helps alot of people.

i think bitcoin price has direct correlation with ico.i means market psychology will disturbed if bitcoin price continue move down.investors will not interested with condition due to bearish trend run for more than a year.

First, it will affect so many ICOs and  a lot of them will not be able to continue again, but those that are coming up newly, will have to strategize and find a better way to raise fund.
Although, in a situation like this, investors tend to become discouraged from investing.

Of course ICO's will be affected if Bitcoin price keep going down but I also think that more investor or traders will buy that Bitcoin to hold because of it is so cheap and if this really happen I think investment on newly projects will reduce.

ICO will always be scattered, and many scammers are hiding behind ico, which will disappear instead of the ico but the investors will be lost

If the market condition is bad it can affect the ICO sales mostly there main sale will be postpone and move to into several months due to bad market.

Obviously the ICO market will not die they will just adopt new ways to raise funds like they will reduce the target raising funds and if they have useful working product then investors will support them even if the condition is in the bear state. But we cannot deny if the price of BTC fall around $1000, then 90/100 ICOs will going to get affected as it will be very challenging to raise funds during bear market.

ICO will collect almost no money and it will be much harder than now. Already the good projects have problems to collect funds and when BTC goes down to 1000$ nobody will sell his BTC for ICO coins.

That might happen, cos up until today the way that altcoin moves is always following the way bitcoin moves.

I think it's possible, but it's terrible if Bitcoin drops to such a price. That means popularity of Bitcoin is very bad, major coins alone are not favored why choose to invest in ICO, with a less clear future?
