I think even the price of bitcoin will drop 1000$ the ICO will not die especially if it has good platform and it is promising project. Most of the ICO now do not even reach the soft cap the tendency they will stop the ICO project. I think when the price of Ethereum goes down all ICO suffer from big losses.

First, it will affect so many ICOs and  a lot of them will not be able to continue again, but those that are coming up newly, will have to strategize and find a better way to raise fund.

Maybe you already know when the price of bitcoin has decreased to the price at this time and there is many altcoins are no longer interested by investors so they sell it. It may go back to how it is before, at least a little. I mean, before, most cryptocurrency users are all out in terms of joining ICOs in different ways, whether as an investor or a campaigner. I am thinking the other way. If bitcoin goes 1000$, I thin some of the company will start icos to get more bitcoin for payment of their product. And because of that,  at the time the price is high,  the company's revenue will be high.

In fact ICOs now are nearly dead already, so the situation will be even worse then. But it is a good filter for ICO projects and ideas. Many good and strong ICOs are venture projects in fact that use crypto to collect funds.

Startups will go back to VC funding. Even now investors are too unsure about the current bitcoin market. If bitcoin goes down, altcoins go down. ICOs will keep postponing the ICO token sale until they have given up or until they have gathered the funds somehow.

Its possible but not 100% sure about that, it depends on the ICO project if it was promising and their team is very transparent. I will still invest on those projects that have a good future and I believe that most investors will do the same.

It's a total disaster for those ICO projects and the percentage of them that will succeed on raising their softcap would surely go down to 5% or below.
