Who is the king of Altcoin?

Absolutely Ethereum. Ico's of most projects on the market came under Ethereum. The Tokens, which people invest most, are all under Ethereum. Even these alone show that the result is Ethereum.

This will be the common answer of course since ETH is on the top spot, but generally its hard to say because a lot of good altcoins to invest for. I do believe on ETH but I see some coins that have more potential to rise high and that is more important to me. This is just about the rankings, and we cannot make profit on this so better to look for some coins that can pump 10x in short term trade.

For me personally, ethereum is the king of altcoins, but everyone certainly sees it differently. I believe that only in a few years will we really know who the altcoin king is and who is not.

It depends and varies for some, mostly due to the kind of investment they are into, whether long or short term
But by merely looking at the chat you can easily decipher which altcoin is best, the one with the higher price,volume,more suitable for investment etc. And for now ethereum is top based in all the top criterias needed.

For me ethereum is the king of all altcoins. Why I said that? because Ethereum platform is useful for the new utility token ico project.
And Eth was also accepted as payment in most of the merchants all over the places in the entire world. And Ethereum also was always next

Right now, ethereum dominate transaction altcoin in any exchanger because most exchanger using ethereum pairs. Ethereum still king of altcoin right now but i think it could replace by others altcoin with good development

Ethereum remain the king of alts. We saw theres so many alts pop out in the market but ethereum always at the top than other alts. Years from now we dont know if that litecoin going to improve and rise up the price but I don't think so if it passed the race with ethereum.

IMHO, it is still ETH. Ethereum dominated the last weeks of the year 2018, determined to regain the second place regarding capitalization. It achieves this objective in these early hours of the European market as ETH/USD jumped nearly 80% from lows. The strength of Ethererum’s upward movement coincides with the launch of Constantinople, the Hard Fork that promises to improve the performance of the network. The market highly anticipates this implementation, due last January 16, and until then the money will continue to run to Ether. Neither Bitcoin nor Ripple has yet managed to take advantage of the upward trend of their podium companion. Both have moved away from the 2018 lows, but fail to break critical levels that allow them to evolve in search of relative highs. Just my two cents on this. I think for now ETH is very suitable to hold the title of king of altcoin. because the ranking occupies the second place after BTC and many ICOs and tokens based on ETH ERC-20. but this does not make ETH forever a king of altcoin. because there are still XRP and EOS that have the opportunity to replace them. the market is still very open to competition.
