Meanwhile my issues are still not resolved: incorrectly settled bets and cannot withdraw.
Their support claims 24/7 response but their Skype is never responding...

Withdrawal is not automatic in all site, it is processed manually. |

Sorry to know your problem, but I cant say that it is not a good sign already. Ignoring you for 10 days does not show that the site is trusted one. Have you tried to send a pm to the official representative account in this forum? His last online was several days ago though but you can hope that he will back online to solve your issue. |

there is new option "withdraws" in account menu but they miss final touch here  no button for ordering withdrawal as there is for making a deposit |
