Everyone can get a sample of PCN now: http://procoin.altcoinfaucet.net/

That is great. That will help me convince a few coworkers to try this out.

Great to see it on Bittrex.

Unfortunately I wanted to withdraw my coins of Hashing.at (at their ProCoin pool). Looks like they took my coins, as the pool has dissapeared..

Yeah, looks like they did a redirect to ISR.

How many PCN did you lose?

Im not sure, but I often keep my coins on a pool untill I've got the wallet or untill the coin is on an exchange. But this, the fact that a pool dissapears (without e-mail warning), is new to me. And it sucks.

Sorry to hear that. Well, the Major Miners mining pool is paying 100 PCN extra for each found block. You may want to check that out! http://pcn.majorminers.com

ProCoin is 170% more profitable to mine than Litecoin, according to SanCrypto: http://sancrypto.info/index/show/PCN/

Procoin faucet! Smiley

Hehe.
Good job. I do not like faucets but this is very nice for those who use those kind of services!

I burned my GPU a few days ago ^^.  I need to wait for a new one, allthough I don't know yet whether I'm going to use it again for mining..

We'll see. If so, I might join your pool Wink.

So they keep rewriting pool for other coins and keeping previous coins for them!

Im not sure, but I often keep my coins on a pool untill I've got the wallet or untill the coin is on an exchange. But this, the fact that a pool dissapears (without e-mail warning), is new to me. And it sucks.

This is my first mail on this forum. I had to register to get a response from a couple of pool owners to amend some issues with transactions of this certain coin and I must say that both of them reacted quickly after sending a PM. So maybe I would suggest using a PM to ask hashing.at about this, you will find the post from hashing.at at the first pages of this thread. He seems like a good guy.

But about pool disappearing without any e-mail warning is something that also another pool operator/owner active here has adopted as a legitimate "MO". I had received a response that is my fault for not checking their pool for Mintcoin within a couple of weeks as they had their announcement there, so I lost between 100,000 and 200,000 Mintcoins for not being able to check the pool for a couple of weeks at the most. I don't know how long the announcement was there, but I wasn't able to check the pool at that time due to medical reasons also. I know this is not a lot of money at the moment, but I used my resources and energy, wasted time for something somebody else intends to keep. And remember, this coin has potential.

Maybe someone, maybe you, Majorminer, would have a proposition how to solve this issue, as you seem nice and honest person that has enough experience with such issues.

For any suggestions please send a PM to avoid further spamming of this thread. Thanks.

Anyway, I wish all the best to the PCN community  Wink

I've sent "NamunX" a PM, as he posted messages about Hashing.at over here.

No response..

Looks like this thread got a bit off topic.  Grin

If anyone is having an issue with a pool, please take it up with the pool owner directly, preferably via PM. I have no way to verify any of these claims. I know the pools listed in the OP should all be working (they were as of at least a few days ago) and paying.

The difficulty remains low for PCN so the rewards should pay off for anyone who mines.

PCN is also low cost enough right now that for non-miners an investment may be in order. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting the coin. We appreciate it.

Nice job finding so many blocks.  Grin

The promotion is going to continue so the 100 extra PCN will keep on coming. Keep up the great work.

Lets see that volume firm up some more on Bittrex. PCN is undervalued!

That's a great question. Right now any price under 15 seems reasonable. There is a lot of room for growth.

Thanks for investing!

You really can't lose at that price. This past week was very productive for PCN. There is more work being done right now that should help increase value even more. Contacting people about adding PCN is paying off. We're now talking to vendors about taking PCN - so there should be movement on that front as well. The basics are taking shape and that's what matters now.

Plus, miners can still get 100 extra PCN for every block they find. Not bad!

(100 PCN for every block cracked). http://pcn.majorminers.com

I told two people in my business group about ProCoin and they were interested. I think one or both will contact the team this week. I think maybe a page is in order that explains the basics on how they can take payments. That is the type of thing that most people are interested in when I talk to them.
