I just can't see how anyone can take this project seriously. You buy-in with real money using ETH or BTC then they award you in the unlikely event you win with untradeable worthless market crashing play money. And even if you could trade it in, what stops the people controlling the supply of cashing it in themselves? Do you really trust some randoms not to cash in on hundreds of millions of dollars if they could? Do they have any proof of solvency, history or proof of reliability in the past?

AFAIK, MBL is not withdraw-able at the moment and it is not listed in any exchanges. You need to spend your few minutes to read some previous posts as it has been asked many times before. No need to ask the same question again and again.

As far as I know, they are not yet listed in any exchange. So in the meantime, what you can do with your MBL tokens is either store it on your MEW/any other eth wallet or use it to play in their game. I am very positive that they will list their tokens in exchanges but when? We can't answer that yet.
