Your probably using a proxy to access the website. Sometimes an IP can be considered as dirty ip by cloudflare for some unknown reason and most of the time a captcha will show and you need to solve it before you can access the site.

You can try to use VPN to access the site, It work well on my side and i hardly get filtered out by clouldflare.
