No one is restricting anything from anyone nor are the whales manipulating the price according to you, so you problem is that the price is not increasing even with good news in the market, the market was on a down trend for sometime and it will take time to cool off the bear market and right now we are seeing signs of recovery and the market is bound to recover from the present situation and hopefully will be breaking the first resistance in a weeks time.

Yes, we are so focused on the price of crypto that we have to miss the technology and what it can benefit to all of us in the community beside increase in price. I am a freelancer, and the truth is that I can now easily find jobs and get paid in crypto which was not possible before crypto existence because paypal and some other digital money are not accepted in some countries and have so much protocol and charge so much money from it's users all in the name of fee, crypto is the best technology I have ever seen.
