There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

Why did you bought those coins in first place? After you answer that question ask yourself if those coins still fulfill that purpose.

What other purpose could you guess altcoin are bought for except making profit? I bought the tokens because I had spare cash mostly gotten from fork coins and also through my cashout policy on well established coins. And no one could had predicted the type of bear market we're experiencing we only anticipated a correction not this massive decline in price. Cash possibly lost in those token doesn't concerns me I just want to know why you're still hodling those shitcoins.

If you think this shitcoins will be a useless in the future and you will not make any profit, the decision is yours. IMO in this case, selling for $5-10 will not make sense. Maybe they will be new dogecoin.

The question is, if you don't hold those token, what else can you do with them. They have given one no choice than to hold them.. Hahahaha.. Crypto is just so unpredictable, one of them may actually rise from the dead one day.

I threw out the altcoin which really doesn't have the potential to become shitcoin, especially if it doesn't have development so far, of course there are various reasons and research that I do with alt that I have. so not all altcoins will be profitable, this is part of the risk. so what you do is a choice.
and now I prefer to trade with altcoin top

That is big true because some of the developers of shitcoin is doing their best right now do that's the token they created will become potential altcoins  because they will want to discover their altcoins. But it's hard to find that altcoins you need more research about the altcoins. You should keep your altcoins and wait to increase the value and high chance big profit will come to you.

Unfortunately, I have around 80 totally useless tokens in my eth wallet that never even hit an exchange. All these tokens were from bounties that were total scams because the Teams took all the money and never even bothered to pay for a listing to get their tokens on an exchange so that we could sell them. I do have a few tokens and coins, whoever, that are listed on exchanges but their value is so low that it would cost me more money in gas to move them around to sell, and also exchange fees, that for now it just isn't even worth my time and effort to think about it, let alone execute.

Why i'm holding a coin that not have value in wallet, first maybe because if i want to dump it, it need fees. Secondly it is not really worth to sell and back to my first reason, maybe fees to do that is higher than value of token in market.

I have some same story with you, Most of the useless coins on my eth wallet now are those coins that have a good value before but because of my too much trust to the projects that it will going to be good and bring more profits I chose to hold it. It's a little dissapointment but still atleast I learned from those projects.

My reason would be, because that coins still can't be trade in the market. So there is no way to sell them so i let all those has no value coins stays in my wallet. Just let it rot if it possible, or perhaps it will gain a value in the future, making it became like a long term investment.

I think someday there will be a price change on one of the coins you have, especially when the bullrun comes, provided the coin is still being developed by the project, then there is a possibility that the coin can have a higher price because if the project grows then there is a possibility that the market will want it

I am not thinking of transferring it or throwing it away in a spare wallet, there are times that these so-called shitcoins are pumped, I've seen it happen,some of my tokens that have no value for months suddenly there is a price attached to it, I remember selling a shitcoin when it was pumped 10 times of its ICO price.

Yeah. Most of my tokens on my portfolio end up to be a shit tokens but what i do is i just let it be in my profile nas hoping one day it will be up again and who know this dead tokens will be alive again. So i let it be and search more for other project. Never give up and always focus on one goal. To be a financial freedom.

the main thing is I don't have any other chances are chances to get the profit for me investment because they are not valuable so my investment is also not came to my hand still it was valued.
