I do not synchronize cats windows. the file I created and the config file placed in the titancoin folder did not give any synchronization results please create the file config so that it can be downloaded

1) open notepad program( text document) in your window
2) copy and paste this sentences:
Listen = 0
server = 1
daemon = 1
rpcuser = abc
rpcpassword = xyz
rpcport = 42812
port = 48144
rpcallowip = localhost
addnode = 128,199.168.65
addnode = 139.59.20.244

3) save with the name is Titancoin.conf , select save as type: all files
4) Remove Titancoin.conf into Titancoin folder in C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\Appdata\Roaming\TitanCoin
Restart Titacoin wallet.

CMC have fixed current supply api in total supply , Thanks for the information. CMC is contacted to correct  the data.
