It's good but they have not specified how many BCN for there products at all.

Most probably the actual US dollar value will be automatically converted equivalent to total BCN amount upon customers checkout.

ByteCoin OTC exchange from Leogheo (Founder of BCN Bug Fix Bounty program). Buy BCN for Dollars!

Hello There,

My name is Leo De Jong, you may remember me as Leogheo from the bitcointalk and bytecointalk threads as the crazy one who created the Bug Fix Bounty (BFB) Donation program.

I’ve seen a lot of requests from the community who don’t like the presented exchanges and are asking where else they can buy BCN in exchange for dollars.

I would now like to announce my ByteCoin OTC exchange.

Using me as a third party you’ll be able to exchange your dollars or any other currency for BCN!

In order to trust my credibility you can look at my BFB program! I am the main person who collects donations from the community and spreads it fairly through the bug senders.

If you still don’t trust me enough we can use any other trustworthy party that you would like (For example, Escrow or Legendary member from bitcointalk)

The ByteCoin OTC exchange rates are as follows:

Buy: -3% from the Poloniex price
Sell: +3% from the Poloniex price
*The percent of commision for trading more than 5BTC should be discussed

Dear community,

We all know how important it is to be punctual and to keep one’s word. We all know how important it is to tell the truth. Especially in the case of investments. And it’s your right to judge us now, but firstly, read this text until the end.

We promised to release the new website on the 28th of September, it’s almost done… just a few more changes from the designers’ side to make it more awesome than it ever was. To prove to you that it’s almost ready we’ve prepared a short introduction. Meet the absolutely new Bytecoin!

We’ve also promised to make a native mobile wallet. Both iOS and Android developers have started their mission more than 3 weeks ago, however, they had to stop at the same place. And the reason is… code refactoring! Ask yourself, do you need an application which has lots of functions but never works or has a huge ping? Frankly, no. That’s why to make the mobile wallet work quickly and be as reliable as a kalashnikov rifle we have to change our core for a bit. This won’t take much time and won’t influence the system coming online. As of now we have projected that the mobile wallet will be released close to the end of October.

The most essential question to all of you guys, I predict, are the exchange listings. I can make an official announcement that now we are in the process of discussion with much more than 3 major exchanges, however, it’s you who can help us to speed up this process. How can you help? Simple answer: send a few messages with the suggestion of a BCN listing to the exchange platforms you would like to see us. This will definitely help us to remind these exchanges that there’s a community which needs a listing.

Lastly, I would like to thank all of you for your patience. I do appreciate all of you, but guys, in today’s case you don’t have think of this delay in a bad way. You want a great product and we want to give it to you. It’s an opportunity for the project to be the most stable on the crypto market. Please just give us a little more time to meet your expectations.

Yours truly,
Jenny and the Dev Team

P.S. Below you can see a small sneak peak of our new website

The total amount is really large, I mine it and sell it, the price is always low and I don't expect it will boom.

That really huge amount coin supply.

The roadmap looks very promising as new features are going to be implemented. Although the supply is quite high, the price might go up and up, even if it will be a steady, low gradient increase.

How you did not know what you need to do? It is not that you are some mobile wallet company like Coinomi of Jax, that have no ideas what BCN is.  You should exactly know what you have and what will need to be done.

And refactoring you will do will happen in less then a month? I bet you will nee another refactoring next year. Tongue

Pick one.

Is the code safe, does it have back doors in it, is it really anonymous?
These are the things that I am interested in.

Dude this was one of the first coins, came out about the same time as BTC, has every possible secure futures, but for whatever reason it's always cheap, I have made good money several times.
I'm hoping that the new Dev team is going to keep it healthy

Hey Bytecoin lovers,

I tried to search where I can learn cryptonote development and I could not find anything, no books , no video lessons.

Objective to learn is to contribute to bytecoin eco system, creating demo course about how wallet, pools and API works. So that other developers can also you and visualize how they can use bytecoin and cryptonote.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

it is cheap mostly because of the rumors surrounding its birth, but I want the guys with the abilities to start picking the technical aspects of it apart.
