Hey is anybody else having this problem? Does anybody know how to fix it? Its quite annoying. you have to transfer smaller amounts Yeah, I can only transfer 10,000 BCN at a time. Not very good... Rofl! I typically do 1,000,000 or 500,000 k at a time, some times is takes multiple times for it to go through So do you ever get this error? If you do, do you just keep trying to send the same amount until it works? exactly Cool, thanks. I'll try it. Hopefully the bytecoin devs are working on a fix for this. Devs are not working on this. You need a better understanding of the protocol. There are too many input transactions to make up your amount, by around 4 times too many. Try sending a quarter of that amount, or even less, at a time. Try wallet comand "incoming_transfers available" to see the list of incoming transactions. You have too many small inputs. You need to consolidate them into bigger transactions. You can send them to yourself if you like to do it that way. So do I just put "transfer 0 (my address) (all my BCN)" and then that will fix the issue? Also I tried the "incoming_transfers available" command and it gave a MASSIVE list. So I think you were right about too many input transactions being the problem.

No they will not fix it. The same happens with bitcoin. Try not to generate those small inputs, if you are mining on a pool with small payouts change pool or if it is manual get bigger payouts.
Hmm, I see. Despite of the fact that I still consider this is a problem, comprasion with bitcoin sounds good and will makes BCN looks good.

Why did you decide that devs are not solving this problem? I'm strongly convinced that BCN developers are continuously supporting their technologies. Maybe this problem is quite tough and it will be solved later. No they will not fix it. The same happens with bitcoin. Try not to generate those small inputs, if you are mining on a pool with small payouts change pool or if it is manual get bigger payouts. I'm mining with multiple computers on ExtremePool and as far as I can tell there is no option for sending few large amounts of BCN rather than many small amounts. I'm pretty sure all other pools will do this other than MinerGate. I've had countless problems with MinerGate though so I'd rather not mine there again.

I am the admin for Extremepool, I have it set to break up the payments into smaller transactions so there isn't any issues.

What issues would large transactions cause? Also your method of dealing with the error by entering the command over and over again until it sends worked! It went straight through to Poloniex.

Awesome! Not sure what issues it would cause I just now there is a max size. The pool has the ability to break large transactions into smaller ones if needed.

hey there good morning
someone please tell me but all honest if bytecoin has been gathered in the hands of the few ?
Im sorry, but could you please explain why do you need to know this? Why does this matter? Coins can be distributed in whichever way. Such criteria as RATE is waaay more important.

I agree... I know that people from the old community (i dont belong there haha ) hold the majority of coins. If anybody wanted to kill BCN they would have done it already, but they proved the opposite. So im just chilling here, keeping track of other things.

So maybe the BCN guys need a strategy to deal with rip-off artists.
