well, maybe I can answer these questions.
From where I can buy physical coin? Can I pay with SHA?

We had a store, but there are too less people want exchange it, so it temporarily closed.
And it finally only accpet SHA virtual coins, so you have to pay with SHA. As I remembed, 100,000 SHA = 1 physical coin, and I tried 50,000 SHA, but actually no one want exchange.(shipping fee 500,000 SHA)
So, currently we try to do more things then we can do 1:1.
roadmap?

I don't understand what you need. We currently do not have a fixed road.
Our goal will be clearer every day.
multipool?

Answer maybe NO. Currently we had something different. but maybe the same thing.
We use a website to do something like it. so we don't need any miners or electric, all supporter just go to visit our website and don't need to do anything, or can get free btc or doge or sha, than we can working like we had a multipool. feel like energy saving multipool.
On what are you working now?

thinking, finding, coding, waiting.
of course, maintaining nodes, websites, twitter following&posting, trading. now we have more btc, dogs, usd, and others.
Can we ask more exchanges to add SHAcoin?
