I believe that today is a good day to buy and sell zs, so I follow some buyers, bought them up and sold and got about 0.35 BTC.
yes, it is 6900-7000 sat per unit. It is 200%-250% after i said i will sell them.

BTC:19Up1xQNskdAVLPk6kozK5EXM1mdRcuNnb
https://blockchain.info/address/19Up1xQNskdAVLPk6kozK5EXM1mdRcuNnb

It will make it a little difficult to zs's price lower to 2500 sat again because I will buy them back if they are so cheap again.

I believe this move will help zs and sha community. and of course, increase the attractiveness of our future buyers.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

NEWSFLASH!
We managed to find back many of the premine coins in Quarkbar and also traced this back to the trading account of the scammer. It turns out he was also connected to the scam of Beecoin and Shacoin. Allcoin has decided to divide the 0.45BTC in frozen assets among the Beecoin, Shacoin and Quarkbar community

Read it all here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=621906.msg6948724#msg6948724

this is really good news for SHACoin... my wallet has been staking like a witch in vatican city... can we be sure that the entire premine is gone?
will we be back on exchanges soon do you think?

I have no clue what the state is at SHAcoin itself now. Who is in control of your coin now?

hello.

It is good the whole community to have a Cryptocoin Revival Foundation.

The current state is I have collected the Donations from the community.
There was two dev contact me, but I am unable to contact them these days.
They seem not to have time or have some special reason or need a lot of time to be
able to repair our wallet.

so the true is I do not know when it will be able to have a new wallet.

If your CRF can take it over, we are quite welcome.

We are currently focusing on reviving quarkbar, but welcome you to build the community and take on the management of this coin. That way it will be much more likely to take on the coin in the future. I just explained the same to the people at 66coin, so you can check out that post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=493987.msg6969178#msg6969178

again, i'll reiterate.. my wallet is fine and has been in sync and staking for weeks.
seemingly Asiacoin were able to void the premine (by the same dev)
are we able to do a similar thing and get SHACoin back on track?

I made contact with maestro1, one of the devs on AsiaCoin a while back. This was his thorough response:

Hi

Thanks for contacting me. I understand that SHAcoin and AsiaCoin very likely had the same developer and the scam was very similar (same code underneath). frank123m contacted me a few days ago about this. Honestly I don't have the time or energy to do another project like that, reviving AsiaCoin was substantial work both in terms of development, marketing/communications and costs. It took the day and night work of 4 of us for a week, plus helps from people across the community (developers of two exchanges helped us test the code, developers of two other coins helped us with methodology, etc).

What I also suggested to frank123m was that if you guys can find a developer, he can look into our source code to see how we fixed the issue (the source code and our fix is very well commented), and if he has questions maybe we can help answering them or bringing him up to speed. Since the base of the source codes are the same it will not be a substantial programming work.

I also have some suggestions if you guys want to revive SHAcoin:

1. Get rid of the old thread, old developer account, everything. Start fresh.
2. Find someone with good trust ratings and positive history on the forums, who is also motivated and stands to gain a lot if SHA is to revive. Someone with time, energy and good communication skills. He can do a new thread, leaving the old one behind. The one who makes the new thread does not need to be the person who does the programming, in fact it has to be a marketing guy.
3. Start by a well-written plan, with full transparency.
4. Start raising funds as reviving a coin is costly for both development and marketing. Raise the funds in BTC, not in SHA as it's not currently spendable. Start accepting donations in SHA once the new wallet is released.
5. Track the premined coins on your block explorer, see where they are and if they are still being moved around. You may want to find the last block height that those funds were moved as you need to find the addresses you need to ban, and to decide where the fork happens to minimize damage.
6. Start a foundation and bring in people with commitment, fixing the source code is only 10% of the work. You guys are now responsible for promotion, marketing, and organizing the future of the coin.
7. You can use our work as a story to add motivation and to convince people that it's possible. And if you like, ask your people to support us by joining our thunderclap or voting for us at coinpayments.

I wish you all great luck. If you guys successfully revive SHA, it will be great for the whole cryptocyrrency ecosystem. It will be awesome!

Let me know if you have questions.

Reviving SHA is not as simple as just eliminating the premined coins. It will be hard work, as a community, to rebuild trust in the coin and get positive exposure to increase the value. If your intention is just to get to a point where you can dump your bag then this coin will still fail no matter the development efforts.

We would need a multipool to support the coin price.
Convince bag holders to hold and even buy more when others dump etc.

My first choice for a dev would be CryptoGir. He is a very good and well trusted dev. His previous work on the SHA wallet and on ZimStake proves that he is a capable dev. Not sure if he would be interested in getting his hands dirty on this again though. He is a bag holder but he might have decided it is not worth the effort. I am sure he is well aware of the efforts made by the new AsiaCoin devs and community.

I personally think the biggest risk in doing any development work on SHAcoin is that current bagholders will just dump what they hold as soon as they can to recover losses and call it a day and with that again rendering the coin worthless.

glad to see these info. that's exactly what I am doing these days.
there were some problems encountered. now looks much better.

and I am also waiting for CryptoGir.
he was the man i said "there is already a very suitable person contacted me".
maybe i should make it more transparent.
but we are trying to void someone's wallet, can we do that?
that is why i cannot say too much. it is likely to destroy everything.
and also the why i am not open a new thread.

but CG had RL job and family, and the coin ZS, you know?
I felt bad i was trying to call it faster.
I just cannot wait and wait, and saying everything is ok.
that is why i am always trying to find someone to help us. hope it can be done asap.

yes, the wallet is fine. I believe CG already helped us a lot.
if we can void the premine, everything will be fine i think.
after these days, it seems no one can ensure that no premine in their coins,
maybe we're probably just scared ourselves.

As a fairly small bagholder, this may not mean much, but I would like to see this happen. So, I won't dump if you guys get it going. With a little help from raskul, I got my wallet synced, and it is staking and working fine. The mechanics are sound, if a way can be found to void or otherwise negate the premine. I likely will sell some of my generated coins, but I want my stake to grow.

Good luck, and if I can be of assistance, let me know.

i think we're on the right path.

i'm with my mate Biomech - since i've been staking i've accrued a nice fat wad of SHA, so once we hit an exchange i'm happy to help a bit with distribution, but hold the majority of my coins.

best luck SHACoin, you are on the way back!

It seems only exchanges can answer above questions.

but it is impossible to answer these questions now, even you are the exchange owner.
because we don't know when the wallet will be fixed. and how it will be done.

but we can confirm one thing, if we can do good , we are likely to get back some of our money.
maybe 30% or 50% or 100%.

of course, if we have more power or imagination, we may get more. maybe 1000%?

oh well, we plod on.

I think they did void almost all of the premined coins. Some were already spent on exchanges and could not be recovered. The new code was checked by all the exchanges before it was accepted again including Bittrex and Mintpal.

People lost a lot of faith in AsiaCoin although it is in a good state technically now and it show in the current price. Their multipool is helping to stabilize the coin though.

Many people dumped their coins right after it came onto exchanges again. Personally I bought a ton of AC. Been day trading and I have recovered all I originally invested and hold 5 times more AC now than I originally did. Stake is 100% for 2 months and then drops off steeply. When the price eventually rises I will make a descent profit. Same could happen with SHAcoin.

lemons....
