2019 has been a year with mixed feelings for crypto enthusiasts. A lot of bounty hunters have now switched over to trading, because bounty is longer profitable.
Some that have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.
I envisage that in two to three years to this time, the population of people on bounty will reduce drastically, because it will no longer be profitable as it used to be.

Still surprised that there are still people who do bounty hunting yet this thing is already considered dead since the decline of the market after 2017 and the rest of the years is just totally garbage where
most projects didnt able to hit up their cap due to loss of confidence of possible investors but eventually there are still do hang out specially for those legit projects but sadly most of them
do still fail due to lack of funding.If the project fails then so as with bounty hunters.The thing here is that you wont really invest any money unlike on trading thats why there are people
who do still stick with it.

As you know bounty is always profitable because you have not invest any amount and got free token for your hardwork and promotion but trading have risks if you invest in trading you can suffer loss also.

Personally, I now periodically trade so far the market gives such opportunities, but the bounty is mostly now no longer relevant, there are only some projects that are willing to pay a fixed fee for your work and only they need to participate

There are alot of people still doing bounty hunting including me but i stopped because most of the project just scams of their bounty hunters, i already got scammed alot by projects that doesn't pay their bounty hunters, although there are still market for ico but it's very weak now, projects that just stop developing their project because of lack of funding that just show they are incompetent about their product, they are very lazy about updating their project i think that's why most of the ico now just dont get any fundings at all.

I do both right now. I do a nice signature bounty here and also get paid for doing some promotional videos for one company, so, for now, these two jobs take up most of my day, but I also day trade one token, that I am trying to accumulate a big bag of, then sometimes I trade that token to make more eth, to buy other coins/tokens as well. I am also taking out more time in the day to learn TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, so for the first time this week actually learned how to use the FIBONACCI RETRACEMENT LINES and I was spot on one of my TA for this token after it pumped, which was nice. I feel we need to learn and if we can earn while we learn, it's even more rewarding. Next thing on my list is to learn video editing so I can take my Youtube promos to the next level and brand myself so I can earn nice bounties, providing awesome value.

If you are going to choose one between those two, just choose trading. Trading takes less time to do and it is not that hard to do because you will just do buy and sell with a basic analyzing from the chart that you will for each cryptocurrency in the market while bounty is indeed a simple job but you might get stressed out from that since some of the bounty are just waste of time.

they are not the same thing.
a bounty hunter is a worker that is wasting his time to advertise mostly shitty coins with no future so that he can get paid in that coin only and dump it to get a very small amount of money out.
trading however is a complicated way of playing the market in a way to make a lot of profit or lost a lot of money if you don't know what you are doing. you can't just switch from one to another!

Im is bounty hunter and profesional trader, i think you must be both. Because you can get for trading in discussion form Bitcointalk, and you can get profit to form your signature. Thats why i do both right now.

For now bounty reward or campaign already make it reduced. And bounty hunters actually must manage their capital long time ago. Bounty rewards should be used for something that can make us profitable in offline or online business

Because bounty can't make big money like before. So the bounty hunter will gradually switch to trading at this time, in parallel with that they still participate in bounty as a part-time job.

Indeed until now the bounties was not profitable, maybe only if the bull run will come the bounties will be profitable, but until then maybe the bounty hunters start to trade, and try to make a profit there.

I think bounty is always profitable that is not profitable when you participate in a bounty project. In a bearish market I am still able to get $ 1000 per month, but it must be a real project not a scam. So the bounty will be profitable if you don't follow the scammer project

Bounty is profitable before but now I don't make any profit from it anymore, you are lucky to earn that huge amount despite the bear market.

For a better bounty than trading but it's just that you're more comfortable earning money but it's a bounty even better at a very low cost but with a bounty with just a risky chance to be careful about joining because not all bounty issues are legit I can say right now is hard to find legit bounty because there are many bounties that come out but scams so newbie bounty hunter is very affected because they can get the scam bounty in trading it is inevitable that risky because altcoins are new but shitcoin so it's better to just invest in longterm and potential altcoins.

I am also a bounty hunter and at the same time a trader in one of the largest crypto exchanges. There are still some profitable bounty campaigns but you had to research them to find the best bounty. The proliferation of scam ICOs made it difficult to find the legitimate ones and become also the reason why some bounty lost their faith in these bounty campaigns. Some of my friends, also traders, urged me to learn trading andthey taught me some technical analysis. There is still money in bounty but trading is more profitable if you know how to trade and manage your risk.

The reason why people still get flooded on bounty, is because they have not been able to think of other better alternatives.

Personally i will choose Bounty than trading, because in bounty you dont have to invest your money, but you can get money. And i have to be bounty hunter in 2017 until now. But if you want to make money easier you can be trader.

It is easy to state the truth that bounty hunting is still on the go until no new coins are born or no projects offers it anymore. Most people that have no money to invest on any sorts of investments like trading would definitely go to bounty hunting. Aside from low risk, it can be profitable with no money from your own pocket is being given. When I said there is a low risk, when the bounty uses Bitcointalk accounts, you could get negative trust or banned just by joining if you are not careful enough to research what you are joining. Well for most cases, when someone gets his bounty payment he use it as a capital for trading.

actually if our target is profit in the near term and with targeted profits, it would be better to become a trader. but now I want to become a bounty hunter who doesn't have to invest in a project to make a profit.

Instead of trading I make enough profits from airdrop that people don't like doing, many say they are worthless but I look very well before I leap, trading is not for me because no matter how hard I try I always end up loosing money
