i dont think its a pump and dump because binance coin has its own foundation  . it came from a trusted and popular exchange called binance  . with ieo or without ieo , i can see that binance coin can still pump because its a useful coin for the binance exchange  .

 im not an affliate of binance or binance coin and i dont also hodl this coin but i can overall say that its a one of the better coins to hodl these days based also on what i read on the feedbacks by other users  .

Till now BNB coin traded above 30$ but due to market situation the price of BNB is fluctuating, every 3 months the price of BNB is increasing because based on the roadmap the will burn the buyback coins in the market. As long as this Buyback is happening the price of BNB will surely increase in the market.

Despite of that, buy back doesn't guarantee the price increase. The fact that BNB usually function as a way to get enrolled into their IEO is what adds demand to the coin the most. So many people are buying BNB for that sole purpose and also to mention that it can acts for you to get discounted exchange fee aswell.
The coin itself basically has the foundation to support its price to be what it is now.
