You are right, it has been a working method to minimize the risk and as we can see now, the approach of the investors are so positive.

There is no gift / profit for all investors. In financial games, there are two types of investors, winners and losers. You will be a winner or loser, that depends on two things: which projects you invest in; and the timepoints at which you enter and exit those projects. Before the IEO flourished, Latoken still sold token from its exchange projects. But almost very little money is obtained from Latoken's sale, so investing in IEO through Latoken is a bad thing.

It is strongly recommended that you want to invest with IEO better in large markets like Binance, as far as I know, many projects are successful there, if the IEO project registered on Latoken or Bittrex I am personally quite doubtful about that.

if the project or team is not good then it doesn't matter if you have an ICO or IEO. so you don't do a good business in the long run.

As you know Binance was the first exchange that was launched IEO and after that, every exchange was launching IEO, so should not invest in every coin or token.
