Weidman is a good striker back in his prime. Reyes, on the other hand, is hard to take down and he has been knocking people out as well. Taking him on the ground may be a better strategy for Weidman but I think both fighters  will try to knock each other out. 

Before the Anderson Silva fight he only had one knockout victory in the UFC and we all know how the fight went with Anderson, the first one he was knocked out because Anderson was clowning around and the second one he broke his leg in the rematch and after that deflated Vitor Belfort and then his losses started accumulating and that bags the question when was his prime  .

Weidman is an accomplished wrestler and a black belt in BJJ and Dominick Reyes does not have the wrestling credibility like Weidman and he is a blue belt in BJJ but he is a good striker and we are in for a treat to see how Weidman is going to perform in this division and if he is able to win a couple of fights he could even fight for the belt against Jones but to reach him he had to go through tough fighters. I want to see a rematch between Weidman and Rockhold in light heavy weight as both fighters are on a loosing streak and moved up in weight and if Weidman looses this fight then it would be a perfect rematch  .

I only watched the final bout, Chris Weidman started strong trying to take Dominick Reyes down and on another attempt he just cracked a perfectly timed left hook in the chin and instantly the legs of Weidman gave out and two more hammer fist to finish it up and Dominick Reyes called out Jon Jones, looks like there are some worthy contenders now in the light heavyweight to challenge Jones.

Is Covington getting a little bit too much on his threat against Dana? This is gonna be an intense event for sure. Honestly, I really want Usman to beat his ass but f*ck it. I'm now curious whether he will really slap Dana's face or not lol.

The fight game is the only place where you can threaten your boss and be safe thinking that it is just promoting the fight  . The character Colby Covington is playing is too irritating and cringe worthy and everyone hates him and he likes the negative publicity and that is helping him to earn more money if not he will not continue with this stupid character. Usman and Colby Covington will be a great fight as both are good wrestlers and Covington has stamina for ages.

Lol that was the best alibi he could say after his fight whether he win or lose . What I'm not sure is if Dana thinks the same thing, what if he take it seriously? Who knows ? Both guys lost their chins. Both have no chance for the LH belt, maybe they should try their luck in the heavyweight division and have their rematch there

REYES thinks he is now the man to beat in the division and will look for the big $$$ vs BONES JONES
But now he is 12-0 with 9 victories before the decision so he is a good candidate to challenge BONES next

Welp, Weidman tried to take the match to the ground but couldn't keep him there. Reyes is a strong mf that's why he is confident throwing those kicks and punches. He did the right thing of challenging Jones right after that impressive KO win.

This could happen as a co-main event of a UFC fight night. Interesting match between guys at the end of their careers.

What I'm not sure is if Dana thinks the same thing, what if he take it seriously? Who knows ? Anyway, I doubt that Coby will be a man of his word because he just fights under UFC in which Dana is the big boss. So whatever he says, at the end of the day he will bow down to Dana unless he is already planning to shift into different FC.

I have seen the interview and what Dana White said about Colby and he is not pleased with the character Colby is playing and Dana is known to have a bad temper and he can release him from the UFC if he continues to bad mouth Dana and he has released fighters before and Colby is not having any support from his fight camp too, may be he will go to the WWE and continue his character .

All the fighters have big plans and have the confidence to beat any fighter and so does Dominick Reyes and Jon Jones will find a way to win the fight as he is extremely talented and crafty and only the life style of Jones could defeat him inside the octagon and even after fighting him they will think that if they could rectify certain things they could defeat Jones the next time around and if there is a rematch Jones will finish them off clean  .

It was one hell of a fight and it could have been five rounds as both fighters gave their all and Yair Rodríguez came out victorious and there were some unorthodox moves from Yair as usual.

I am waiting to see another fight of Zabit Magomedsharipov and he is my favorite fighter as he is the complete fighter, great on the feet and equally good in the ground game too.

I was right about Dominick Reyes win. He is to strong and one of the top fighters in his category.

Yay! for Dominick Reyes he got Weidman good the left hand got Weidman to the ground and connect with a hammer fist that finished the fight I guess Weidman just couldn't take the level for the light heavyweight division and this could be Weidman's final career well president Dana White will discuss to Chris Weidman and his team whether or not it's time to hang up his gloves, because now 1-5 in his last six fights with all five losses coming by way of knockout or TKO.

Well, I didn't expect that Yair Rodriguez would win this the kicking madness, Stepehn 33, was forced to show an insane level of toughness after the kick folded him in half, but congrats to Rodriguez for winning this.

Hah, I missed the fight too, just found some youtube vids' and that body kick that Yair throw was nasty. But Stephens was one SOB, was able to go to full 5 rounds but it was not enough as Yair has build a solid lead.

Reyes vs Jones next, sorry to see Weidman career going down like this losing like four straight if I'm not mistaken and all of them KO.

Jones doesn't seem to be interested in fighting those who he's already beaten. Why Thiago Silva by the way? I looked up his record and saw he has two consecutive losses. That is not impressive at all and not worthy to be granted a title fight with Jones.

I do not want to see Dominic Reyes and Johnny Walker fight each other now as i want the UFC to prepare them to fight Jon Jones as there are not many worthy contenders to face Jones and the betting line will always be shitty for him, i want the undefeated Dominic Reyes and Johnny Walker to face when they are hot so that we will get a better betting line  and there is no doubt Thiago Silva should get his rematch with Jones as he stood with Jones till the end even after suffering major injuries during the fight.
