I am not particularly into this next fight but apparently I would like to see if there are here that are sure are, So this is regarding the

Featherweight:                Zabit Magomedsharipov VS Calvin Kattar
Heavyweight:                  Alexander Volkov VS Greg Hardy
Welterweight:                  Abubakar Nurmagomedov VS David Zawada

I can advice you to watch only these 3 fight.

Zabit is making 13 wins in a raw. Seems that Kattar is going to be his 14th. 100% this will be a wrestling-like fight.

Volkov - Hardy - because they are the only heavyweights that night. Lets cheer for a brutal and nasty KO  Hardy - former NFL player and Volkov knows how to KO (20/30 of his wins are by KO). If the stars comes together that night, KO of the night award will be here.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov - cousin of Khabib Nurmagomedov. Hope he will show something interesting.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov is making his UFC debut and he already has two losses in his career but i cannot find any details about his opponent to know what he is dealing with, there is no doubt Abubakar Nurmagomedov will be a highly skilled fighter as they are practicing with the greatest fighter of this generation and he is a former Sambo champion.

My predictions for the event are.
Zabit Magomedsharipov: He is a complete fighter both on the ground and in the feat and i am expecting a good show down in front of his hometown crowd.
Alexander Volkov: Greg Hardy does not have the have the skills to defeat Alexander Volkov and he should have learned the lesson from Lewis fight.

The AMERICAN Hardy has just had a fight no more then 20 days ago
This is a tough task to for him to go to RUSSIA to fight the giant in his hometown so this is why the odds are like this

Well, I guess it is not available in any regular channel so sorry I guess but you can surely watch live streaming on ESPN+ but it is not available to some countries due to content right issue, like what happens to my county Live Streaming is not applicable as well, or if you had access I guess you will need to pay for you to take a peek on a match, I am currently watching on my local cable channel on FOX Sports and it is on at the moment,

It was reported by that Hardy had injured his right hand. But regardless though, Volkov is the better of the two overall, he has all the tools to beat Hardy that night.

Hardy just rely of his jabs and power shots, but this is a good lessons for him, he really need to train a lot, I didn't see him use his legs, probably throwing couple of low kicks. Volkov started the fight with kicks and then they trade jabs. But Hardy had a good chin though, I think it was in round 2 wherein he was hit by a high kick but just take it.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov actually lost the fight in the first round due to submission and his debut got a reality check as you cannot win the fight that easily and even when you take the opponent down the chances of submissions are really high if you are not careful and that is what happened in this fight  .

Alexander Volkov is a veteran of the sport and he was a Bellator heavyweight champion and Greg Hardy is fighting because he thinks he can beat most of the trained martial artist and he has the power, but when there is a skilled fighter in front of you, power will not help you that much and that is what happened in this match.

What are you talking about everybody needs cardio in their workout and it doesn't mean that if your skin and bones it only burns fat but also from muscle and it strengthens the heart as well, he will surely get the benefits of cardio not just to last long in his fight but a benefit to strengthen his muscles as well Performing cardio can give you additional benefits above lifting, Strength and cardiovascular workouts can work synergistically so both workouts will come in better results than training his strength alone, But recent interview to Zabit that he got an infection that is why his cardio got impacted in his fight with Calvin Kattar.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov might be too confident going into this bout and for David Zawada it is a do or die fight and he already lost two fights and if he lost this fight he would have been released from the UFC and everything was going according to Nurmagomedov and he took him down but he never expected he could get stuck in a triangle chock and  Conor started his fun games after the fight.

Zabit Magomedsharipov is not ready to face Max Holloway and he needs to improve his cardio and i was surprised this was a 3 round main event and if this was a five round event i am sure Zabit Magomedsharipov could have struggled. There is another interesting fight we can have in this division and that is Yair Rodríguez v Zabit Magomedsharipov as both were supposed to fight earlier but Yair Rodríguez pulled out for unknown reason and i would like to see that fight next.

Do study about building a strong cardio vascular system that will help in delivering more oxygen to your muscles which is crucial in having a good stamina. It is not about skinny bones and cutting weight it is about strengthening your cardio vascular system .

Ok guys, I understand that Zabit should focus on cardio more or at least be more prepared.

But when I look on him I really want to go with to McDonalds or any other fastfood and simply feed him 

I always thought, that if you substract 100 from your height, you will get your ideal weight (kilos and centimeters ) That doesnt work with Zabit

Zabit is in a category that is different from others, not sure about his normal walking weight but with the height he is having about 185 cm it is unusual to see a fighter weighing at 145 pounds and there is no clarity on how much weight he is cutting to get to this weight division, what ever be the case he is extremely talented and the only flaw is his cardio and how he utilize his energy inside the cage as he usually gas out in the final few minutes of the third round and to become a champion he needs to improve his cardio to last five rounds.
