I do not why etherium has refused to make a significant move as Bitcoin is on the run, has expected it should have crossed above $350 at current btc rate, I think it is best to hold btc for now than eth until we are certain of its bull movement

ETH usually follow bitcoin price, even not same with bitcoin, but the movement is almost same. That is why it still on top coinmarketcap because who hold it also bigger like what bitcoin have,

According to announcement of chain link, the decentralized oracle provider will launch on the Ethereum mainnet on May 30th.
And other side market cap is also $25.80 billion, which good thing.
So I think price will go up for surely.

It did not happen. However, the rise of Ethereum is the matter of the nearest future. The token will gain: this year ETH can reach 500-600 dollars, but not very fast. The growth will be slow enough, and it will last for months.

Price ETH now shows almost the same price chart with BTC.  Cryptocurrency market becomes bull.  2018 when ETH did improve the coin fork, the price increase did not occur since the market was a bear.  2019 is more located to what will be, at least not big pump.  The team needs to take action ethereum and I am sure they will do it.

I am not in doubt of it that something great is on the way for eth. It will surely rise even beyond our widest imagination. Although, this year has seriously been so bad for majority of the altcoins but all hope is not lost yet. We need to keep our hope strong and expect nothing but the best from eth soonest. As a matter of fact, the price of eth now is much better than the way it started early this year which is a signal to bull run coming. My advice for us is to hodl and be patient because very soon the market is going to be green for eth.

ETH is like most coins in CMC; that is,  ETH got to its position through the hardwork of the team and the encouragement of the community.
It can't be argued, ETH will grow more as it is a coin with a wonderful use case. But to achieve this, patience is highly needed. What I can't predict is the price at a particular time in the future.

It remains to be seen whether the Chainlink program will help boost the said price of Ethereum. But still I would bet my dollars for this coin than all the others in the top 50 coins. This is the best coin for me so far so I am pretty confident about this but I don't think it is still not one program that will help boost it.
