Well it is not that they dont have the time but instead they seem to not be able finish their KYC, any IEO will reauire you KYC and that is a big problem for some people since that will be a huge hassle to submit your important data.

IEO is good but i think there is some more work needs to be done. But we are moving in the right direction and soon we'll be at a stage where we'll be having projects where our investments can be safe and reward good profits.

Back in 2018, ICO had been the word of the mouth and had created great buzz in the market as well. It is very hard to follow to the original post but to answer the question- in general I am not going to particapte in IEO because it is still to risky for me.
I would consider investing in Binance launchpad tough, if it would be possible.

Right now, many people want to participate in IEOs from big exchangers because promising good profits when listed in market. But to participate IEOs from big exchangers, need a lot efforts because a lot investor want to join. I am trying to participate but always not success when i am trying to join in Binance launchpad

The IEO is now much in demand by investors. Because it gives a big advantage. But I don't say that all IEOs will benefit. Because the IEO depends on the project and where is the exchange. If done at a low exchange, of course it is very difficult to get a profit if investing in the IEO.
