We should make these threads self moderated so we can delete all of the posts from blood sucking peasants who won’t pay to play with us. Shit posters in our gambling pool threads pisses me off.

Good call. I am always seeing him in pool threads so I was sure he was already in. Maybe he somehow missed this one. We shall see.

That being said, I am OK with occasional post from non paying members, especially if it is good one with some Copa related info but if the thread gets swarmed with shitposters we can always make a new self moderated one just for paying members. We shall see how the situation will develop.

I didn't want to make the thread self-moderated because:

1) I'm too lazy to start deleting posts everyday from shitposters and signature spammers.
2) Most (if not all) of the pools in this section don't have self-moderated threads. A few examples: NBA Pool, Cricket Pool, FIFA World Cup Pool

I wanted to allow both pool participants and non participants to talk about the tournament, games, and contribute to discussion. Plus, it's not like the thread is getting flooded with shitposters (if you see one, report it to mods)   Seems like this tournament isn't as popular as I thought.

I find club footballs are more exciting than nation football. But I always enjoy when two big county face each others with some great players in their team. Like Brasil, England, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands.

It’s 01:30 kick off here in the UK so to be honest I won’t watch it. I probably won’t watch many of the games due to the time zone difference.

Seems like this tournament isn't as popular as I thought.

I find club footballs are more exciting than nation football. But I always enjoy when two big county face each others with some great players in their team. Like Brasil, England, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands.

I personally don't care about what team is competing, this is a football tournament that most of us here have high enthusiasm about sports betting especially on "football". I just don't think they are not interested in competition like this which basically is just to improve skills and will be another luck for anyone who can do it well, because everyone has a chance to win in this competition.

I'm a stay at home parent but I commute a LOT every day so it's not likely I'll have time to watch any of the games as day time is just filled with chores and work and travel BUT I do have a paid service that lets me stream a bit from my phone, if the connection's not shitty I get to watch a bit here and there and it's not too annoying with public transport wifi since I don't travel peak hours.

But other than that, I'm still going to try watch Qatar win their first match (that's my prediction anyway haha).

Oh and Someone's promised to cut off his mullet if Colombia doesn't win the Copa so... goodbye mullet of Mr Scorpion kick;)

It's 03:30 in my country lol. Yeah, big time difference sucks, so I also won't be able to watch some matches. But I looked at schedule, and I see that many games will be played much earlier. But it seems that none of my local TV  won't broadcast Copa, so I will have to use IPTV.
I'm expecting big Brazil win in the opening match.
@tokeweed, it's great to see that you're in. It would be great to get few more last minute players.

It's the thing same here with me, anything that has do with Americas timezone are always at the odd hours of the night for me, I do lose sleep for a number of NBA games already but I wont be doing the same for the Copa America, perhaps when the tournaments get to the knock phase I might have to see a few matches.

It's very different from everyone's time zone. In my country even at 8:30 am. It was very early for me to watch every match Copa America. I also don't know local TV in my country, whether it broadcasts Copa America or not. But I am more watching it through streaming.

It's nice to get the exact pick in the first match but on the other hand I have trouble getting good odds to bet in this first match Brazil vs Bolivia, in the end I bet over 1.5 goals in half time with odds 1.87 LOL

I did not watch the match but yesterday before I go to sleep I wanted to see if there are good odds to bet but was very disappointed to see the potential markets I usually bet. Asian under/over, draw win draw did not have good odds. I was thinking to bet on halftime/fulltime for both Brazil, lucky that I did not or I would lose LOL

Damn it!

I initially had Brazil to win 3 - 0, but because of their recent rout against Honduras, I decided to go + 1 goal further, LOL. We are only just getting started anyways, I think this is going to be a very competitive pool.

Brazil had a great win to kickoff the tournament, It seems Coutinho could use this tournament to find his best form yet again, after a forgettable year with Barcelona.
