I think almost all members of this forum had very high hopes on cryptocurrency regardless if they are a newbie or an experienced one. And in my experience, everyday is a learning opportunity that makes me more confident that crypto will definitely make my future more brighter! I guess more people will come into the bandwagon now that we have a bullish market.

That is whooping over 1200% from your reinvested amount, though you are lucky and your timing is right, I suppose you invested in some new projects that have made very huge pumps because I have checked bitcoin and some older altcoins, none have done up to 1000% from their lowest this year, Binance should have been it but it has managed to around 700%. Good luck to you, I would advice you still hold more as the bull season will make you more profits in some months to come.

All people into crypto with different experince. Who's patient and always learning day by day will ended as winner. But sometimes greedy and emotional cant control so they lost what they have. Youre really great and have best patient so that way you get good result. I hope I can feel that experience.

yes, greedy make our psychology messed up and that's not good for our portfolio my friend
because of that, we will lose a lot of money, so don't be greedy and always keep our patience is the best way in crypto investments

Yes, we shouldn't be greedy and we should wait for the profits on the investment and instead of holding it for long terms. Sometimes greedy will make us hold them for the long term and it will surely lead to zero value for some coins. So the crypto investment is risky which we should sell them when we make some huge profit.

I did experienced my portfolio shoot up in the last quarter of 2017 and it nosedived afterwards but decided to hold a major portion in the first quarter of 2018 on wards but unfortunately there has been a long crypto winter that greatly affected most people in the entire crypto industry but I was not discouraged by it since it only strengthens my resolve to hodl promising coins / tokens in a long term in order to make the best out of it!

This is a huge move. I've been here for a long time now but the RNG just doesn't work for me. It's probably because I still don't know what should be the right coins that I should invest on.  Anyway, I'm not really giving up because all the money I used for investment are just from bounties. So initially, I don't have anything to lost.

Right coins are those with great use cases which are appealing to the masses and have a team capable of delivering a working product.

it has become a necessity I guess. if they don't have what you mentioned I think the coin won't have a good trade. and we can conclude that the coin is not good.

There are really ups and downs in cryptocurrency. That is a great story and it portrays most of the people experience here in cryptocurrency. Greediness is really one of the problem everytime but we should always be mindful and always think of great timing for us to let go of pur investment. Always be patient and keep your cool in investing because that’s how you make a fortune. Always have a plan device a plan A and B and C and so on etc. Nevertheless this is a very wonderful story and it’s a very great motivation.

I joined crypto last year as a noob, then started learning how to trade & do  airdrops. I kept learning until I decided to start trading myself. I got rekt on several occasions yet I kept the fire burning. I became tired of the hustle after buying into a coin which was delisted causing a massive dip, I had put in 5000$ in that coin and it turned 600$ overnight. Then I decided to take a bow.

I was encouraged by my mentor not to give up, I took it as a cock and bull story initially, I created a bitcointalk account later, scrolling through some forums just reading and learning from pro in crypto space. I decided to give it a second one try.

I added a few coins to my portfolio and abandoned them. Recently I got sacked from my job for no justifiable reason, then the only thing I could think about is crypto. I checked my portfolio yesterday, my 600$ then turned 7200$. Please always be patient. Buy into coins with great future , give it time, never panic sell. I hope you learn from my experience.
Wow, this is really encouraging and I can understand what you would have gone through after your sack, with this your experience, people would understand that crypto has done more good than damage to its users.

Sometimes, I know that it can be really disheartening and discouraging to see ones investment go down the drain, especially when market keeps Deeping after we purchase some coins, but one thing I never get worried about is that the market will always bounce back and our investment returned to us with huge profit provided we invest in projects that has quality products. You were lucky to have invested in good projects which is why you probably were able to get your investment back.

I have the same experience as yours, I left my job just when the market is growing in 2017, it's a great decision all my coins are in all-time high and I was reaping the profit of my labor and investment, but this is a cycle investors can do it again and again as the potential of the top coin are not yet in it's fullest.
It is not really a bad idea for one to leave a job for what we believe in, but I usually tell people that before you do so and follow other people’s step, there must be a guarantee that whatever we get involved in will yield a very good profit in the long run that will make our leaving of the job justifiable.

Before you left your job, I am sure you must have been certain that your investment are the right ones, which is why we have to ensure that we always invest in projects that has real life working products for our investment not to disappoint us and make us regret ever leaving our job. Well, for me, the only thing I am planning to leave my job for now is trading, because I believe that with the experiences I have gathered and my success so far, it will be worth it.

This is why it is good to have mentor because they will be the one to guide you in times of trouble and also in times when you are confused, I also have a mentor in the crypto space, though I don't have access to him anymore because he is now so busy with life, but I am still happy because he taught me a lot in the crypto space and because of him I was actually able to make my first million from crypto and making even much more.

That's what I do when I first see the price drop on every iCO from last year up today. We should be optimistic on what we do and have faih on the process of waiting.

if we were in a downward trend last year, we must be optimistic this year we will be on an upward trend. we've seen a number of increases, and today we can see bitcoin rising. I hope it helps some ICO coins that are already on the market.

Congratulation! I think many people are not as lucky as you. But I think very few people can actually make a profit from this market

@Kimzenibi I’m very happy for you and maybe your sacking was a blessing in disguise, reading your story reminds me of mine cause when I joined the crypto world I knew nothing about crypto’s, but I used to constantly read here and gain knowledge. We both gained income because we choose to hodl on to our coins, and refused to indulge in panic sales which unfortunately many investors resort to as the markets takes a dump. I see you have not mentioned the coin names that made you rich, if you could share it here it would help us all check thoss coins and invest in them.

Just zero Your mind in Cryptocurrency market while holding some good coins at hand for a long time depending on when you make your profit. I've lost so many investments in the past but I made it back just on one coin!.... All because I didn't give up.

that's the advantage of long-term investment. but unfortunately, most people don't trust and be patient with long-term investments, they just want to profit overnight. in my opinion it is true that to get a large profit from crypto, it must be patient especially in long-term investments.

So far the lessons I've learnt in crypto space makes me more wiser when picking new projects to invest in, so experience will brings bad news ,this is very normal don't panic and try to fix your mistakes yourself ,doing this will makes you better in every form ,don't be afraid of making choices and have lots of patience ,you won't regret sooner or later
