Don't be too quick to judge ICOs

Anyway you are right but as same point we do not need to blame investors because they have been hurt severally through ICOs. Bad People spoils good things the scammers in Crypto made investors to fear ICO but I really do wonder how this menace could be resolved because it had even caused food projects not to sell very well because of fears. As it stands we do not even know which to follow and which not to follow. Many promised good returns, many partnered with good projects and exchanges and still ended up scamming investors. It's an issue.
