What I mean is just a reason why you ask withdrawal priority from the gambler, first time ever I saw such option on gambling site. By the way, the error is gone, everything is ok now.

The different withdrawal types are a bonus/better feature, allowing you to select your fee. Like pointed out by carlfebz2 and panjul07, "priority" increases transaction speed, which is attractive to some.

But since the feedback on the amount of those fees is so strong we are planning to further reduce them. I'll keep you posted.

When checking your website I noticed some problem loading the whole page but it has a good graphic and design another potential gambling site if you maintain this one it better if you make a promotion like signature campaign to attract more player but be sure it will be manage by trusted campaign manager. I think the withdrawal be instant because that most player want when they choosing gambling site. Maybe you experienced only technical problems or maybe the problem is your device because for me when I go to the site I can go easily because they have instances that device is the problem. The first thing that catches your eye - very nice site design. All games are completely understandable,  there is a small tutorial for beginners.
Faucet availability is also a big advantage. (100 satoshi is more than other casinos give to you)
Now I want to say what you can add on the site:
1. Night theme. At night is simply irreplaceable
2. Live support. Its nice to see support and contact them if you have questions.
3. Fix problems with animation, it freeze sometimes.
4. Fix problems with sound. Sometimes even if I turned it off in the game, it still works

I have checked your site and it was good. Your graphic design is simple yet it's attractive. It's user friendly but you only need some improvements because some games are lagging which users don't like. 

I agreed. Then the team should work on how they will make it as a user friendly and a mobile friendly to some of the users who usually play on their mobile phones. How much is the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal? And btc is the only currency coin available to bet on?

As mentioned above, BitRocket will come first for mobile. Then we will work on PowerMint and finally Slots/Plinko (since they are the hardest to integrate).

Yes you are right, their graphics also made me register in their gambling website. It just turned out that they only have these some choices where you can play and be entertained. For the OP of this thread, I am currently looking for another entertainment so I suggest you put another game on your website, that is very attractive and eye-catching game.

However, I should still say that 40,000 satoshi for the cheapest (economy) withdrawal is still a lot of money,,, I know it is difficult to code, but why not let people choose their own manual fee to pay for transaction, and put an estimate of how many blocks it will take? Not available on mobile? You can always check it out through the chrome browser on mobile which loads perfectly for me on my android mobile. If you were looking for an app, they never did mention that an app was available.

Its still a good change since the earlier fee was higher. They probably are charging high fees due to the high quality of the website, but might bring it down further over time as more players invest in their site.

I made a small deposit a while ago and played some bets on the plinko game but I think there is something wrong with the game. I hit 70x on it and my balance was not even added half of 70x of my balance. As I remember I was started with 80k satoshi, playing 25bets with @1000 satoshi each and one of the bets hit 70x but my balance after the 25 bets finished was around 90k satoshi only. Logically even if my other 24bets hits 0x payout then I should make more than 30k sat profit.

Regarding mobile, the thread confirmed that the demand for development is high. So we plan to give a lot of immediate attention into getting BitRocket ready for mobile. Hopefully, if everything goes well, in about one months time we can achieve it. As I mentioned before we will work on PowerMint afterwards and finally Slots/Plinko.

Regarding Plinko this is a known rare bug we've attempted to solve for some time. The issue is that the dice doesn't fall into its proper hole. I can assure you that if you were not credited 70x, your bet truly did not achieve 70x. The backend doesn't make mistakes but the front end may. Having said that, we are applying a lot of front end talent to solving this issue immediately.

As for the account bug, sometimes this can happen if you try to open multiple windows since it is a single page application. We hope to fix this as soon as possible as well.

I'm sorry for your experience. We can credit you more money to make up for your shortfall. We can process it once we fix these bugs if you would like to revisit for free. Let me know what you think.

In overall, everything is nice and seems there was done work before launching website which usually a lot of starters lack, so to sum up, congrats, nice.
But can't call it world's best fully featured casino because there are better ones too, let's say truth.
But I have one question, not only to you but in overall for every casino that offers investment option: How can you make it transparent? How do I know that you don't manually manipulate win/loss? You know you have access to server seeds and etc which gives you possibility to create account and win any amount you wish.
