Clickbait.

There is nothing that says anything about CSW going to jail. It just says that if a list of addresses can't be provided, then CSW has to testify in person, explaining the reason for the non-compliance.
Now if Craig splits and refuses to testify he could be held in contempt? That is the only way for charges I could think of.

A normal scenario now in Internet that even if the Dog Pee in the public it will be eventually become more sensual and the news will spread the whole world

In short people now loves to exaggerate things just to get attention from the public

CSW is a million or billion dollar man and he can pay everything that can free him from the issues

Well this is a funny thread regardless. With the pending discovery and interrogation, CSW will be forced to provide some answers, which I imagine may help those in other jurisdictions being sued by him. I can't see this helping him in his pending litigation in the UK against others.

From what I understand, he was ordered by the court to disclose his bitcoin addresses. One of these addresses he claimed as his was recently signed with a message stating CSW is not the owner. I doubt he will be able to keep up his charade much longer under the U.S. court system. This is a serious matter.

I doubt he'll end up in prison, he'll probably just get fined and then have to sell/transfer the bitcoin he stole. No doubt this scumbag can afford it too.
Hopefully this will be one of the first court cases of many to eventually bankrupt this fraudster, but we can only hope.

Hope this serves as deterrent for the other faketoshis,,,, Jus't don't.

I think that's what he deserve to get when he wants all the attention on him, claiming that he is Satoshi and even going as far to obtaining a copyright on BTC's whitepaper. Now the latest news I am seeing is that the judge have granted a motion to compel to show all the BTC he has mined prior to December 31. Either he follows the court's orders or be held liable against it. Either way he has no choice but to face the attention he had wanted all the time, this is such a big prize to pay for spreading false claims. Karma really bites fast to anyone.

Satoshi Nakamoto is popular and the wildly known creator of Bitcoin. However, this fake Satoshi is just claiming everything the original creator did, and CSW has been in the crypto space early that's why he gains followers and even shills for him in this community.

But then again, we all know that he is not the real Satoshi by any means because he has thousands of excuses not to sign the supposedly original address, and now the court is going to proved that he is indeed a fake one and will be exposed big time.

Good job judge! I'd like to see that guy ordered around a bit. Coming to the US is like a happy trip to the store for him but any inconvenience CW faces is appreciated by the audience. CW thinks he can hide in his house of lies forever but one day it will all fall on his had and this is going to be beautiful.

Be careful what you wish for because this might also be the next major push for the scammers behind BSV. nChain and CoinGeek are just as toxic and influential because that's where most of the capital comes from.

Craig is a master at making every type of publicity work out well for him, and news outlets happily contribute to that by releasing plenty of articles that generate tons of clicks.

One way or another, people love to read about Craig, regardless of how much they dislike him. He grew from nothing to something by being who he is, an evil minded con artists whoring for publicity.

Totally agree. Now CSW is enjoying the fame he was looking for. Now what? How will he compensate and stand up for himself being Satoshi. Afterspreading so much noise in the crypro space, now he is being popular again with this case. Well, the US court did a good job. So, CSW how could you defend yourself now?

he grew to this because there are many people who wanted to take advantage of him. all these companies and the shitcoins he was and is involved in were like that. for example bitcoin-cash guys were using him (before he split off) and praised him just because they wanted to use his lie about being Satoshi to push for their own shitcoin and get it pumped. you can see how quickly they dumped him and changed their stance as soon as he stopped being beneficial for them.

So why is Mr Faketoshi not logging as admin here right now? Does craig even know about bitcointalk?

A judge didn't, he doesn't have the copyright, he has applied for it, that is all. Coingecko the propaganda arm of bsv has tried to turn that into something it isn't. Anyone with $30 can apply for copyrights including the Bitcoin whitepaper. (I believe a few others have since Craig)
