I guess you haven't followed the progress of the altcoin right now as you were not able to see how they also increase their price as the price of the bitcoin continuous to grow.

Altcoins are not like btc but if you have followed them and monitor their price regularly then you can surely notice that their price are also multiplying. Like for example eth and other altcoins out there, you can look the previous price graph of their prices if you haven't notice their price increase.

Of course they grow in pair to usd , but most alts are still falling in pair to btc . Even those alts which have grown quite well against the dollar are now at an inadequately low level relative to those prices that were in 2017 at the same bitcoin value. For example, you can take ethereum : now it costs $ 310 at a bitcoin price of 11,000, and on December 4, 2017 it was $ 460 at the same price of bitcoin. And most of the altcoins are not from the top 50 in general are in a deep ass.

I have my funds on bitcoin full time and I have few altcoins that's just waiting for a decent increase. Someone who's investing into altcoins, you shouldn't depend too much with it. Yes, there were people that became rich with altcoins but don't think that it's applicable for everyone. Don't compare your portfolio with others but instead make them as your inspiration. Alt season or not as long as you have plans when to buy and when to sell, you will survive.

holding altcoin actually will give us alot of profits if we hold correct coins.dont' hold coins that has no developtment progress or our money will loss.altcoin price still not recovered yet in this moment, and maybe we have to wait it again for long time.

With my experience, I'm earning more with bitcoin rather than holding altcoins. Those altcoins that I hold now are not too many and they are limited. I feel much safer with bitcoin so whether the alt season is here, I don't much care about it because I have bitcoin mostly on held.

Few of my altcoin holdings have increased big, but compared to its ath value it isn't worth it. Because in percentage the growth experienced is very small, to reach the ath value it need to grow at least 150%. Nobody knows exactly but it looks promising today since more altcoins increases in some percentage, only we need to wait the right time.

Don't make many mistakes this time. 2019 is going to be much different from 2017. Don't expect worthless shitcoins to give you market caps in excess of $25 billion, as those times are long gone. During the past 2 years or so, the community has realized that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that is 100% perfect. Every other coin has some drawback, such as lack of decentralization or safety.

That's my expectation, as the bullish trend go deeper, that's when the less popular are also getting some attention.
When there is a bull run, most of us are very positive and we also experiment on altcoins as we believe they also are profitable.

The big altcoins will rise first but then again we also cannot underestimate the small ones as not all money coming in are the smart money.
As the FOMO happens, things that are normal could happen as well, and that includes pumping less popular alts and even shit coins.

I think altcoin is not yet to increase so high because bitcoin price still searches a safe level of the price. I see that the chance for the altcoin to increase higher will be wide open since we are in the lowest price for a long time.

So we still need to be patient while we can take a profit from bitcoin first and we can hope that later, we will take a profit from the altcoin too. Although we don't know when the altcoin price will increase, we can prepare from now on by buying the potential coins that are available on the market.

the altcoins season is here but would say it's partially here. Reasons are because some altcoins have shown positive signs already.  Taking some of the top ranked coin as an example then would see that there is a season is here but not fully activated
