I think I have heard of this before and I think it is still too early to speculate about the performance of dogecoin. Specially if these endorsements are coming from big monied personalities like Elon and McAfee. Dogecoin has been around for many years now and it is going to be a long long ride before the coin will reach a good price that can be profited by many people.

The world of cryptocurrency is always a surprise and a lot of unexpected things that we absolutely cannot predict and if a big figure like Elon Musk and McAfee responds to one of the altcoins and it turns out they like Dogecoin as a result the value of this coin will someday be very high and more and more who like it.

McAfee is a pump-dump guy. If you remember in 2017, he released the "Coin of the day" program on Twitter, and every time his status is appeared, that coin can instantly increase x3, even x5 on exchange, and now those coins have dropped by more than 90%. So I don't trust him.

$ 500k for a PR and millions of dollars in losses for investors who are not knowledgeable about the nature of the electronic money market. 2017 is a terrible year for investors when they buy electronic money assets at very high prices and completely collapse in 2018.

Never stop believing in the power of the Doge, I tell you! People diss this coin a lot but I've had steady almost x2 gains 3 or 4 times from this real powerful altcoin. It's not technologically superior than most coins. But it has a strong community so many alts would kill to have.

I still have as much as 5k of doge in my wallet, I'm still holding it because I'm still sure the doge price will reach $ 1 in the future. I'm sure the doge price will rise even before this thread is made.

And someday, the future will break your dream, which will probably be a powerful attack for you to wake up, because this dream is too far away, looking at dogecoin, except that whales often pump it, I don't see any hope to achieve high values like you say. Agree. Dogecoin may never reach the moon, but it'll be a cryptocurrency that will survive for a long time. That's because it has a dedicated community, unlike no other. This allows Dogecoin to continue to be used and actively supported within the mainstream world, even if it lacks development and innovation. Dogecoin's quick transaction confirmation times, and dirt-cheap fees proves to be better than most altcoins being traded on the market today. This is quite impressive for a cryptocurrency that's quite old with nearly 7 years of inception.

Perhaps, Mr. McAfee referred to "going to the moon" in the sense that Dogecoin will rise towards unprecedented levels in terms of mainstream adoption, instead of pricing across the crypto market. In that sense, he may be correct as Dogecoin will attract more people into it (as they discover its benefits) over time. If by any means DOGE were to rise in price, then the goal of $0.01 per coin seems more realistic than $1 per coin.

Nonetheless, Dogecoin may continue to grow as a solid blockchain platform as people give their full support towards it. As this becomes a reality, Dogecoin will become a cryptocurrency that will be too hard to fail soon. Just my thoughts

Im not quite sure about what mcafee said, because i saw many of his prediction about cryptocurrency in the past were off.
But dogecoin is a good coin. Im using it for transferring any asset from exchange to exchange to reduce the fee.

Doge's trading volume is quite good and the cost for each transaction from the accounts is very small. Currently on gambling doge pages used as a popular means. Doge has the operator Elonmusk and he will support to doge in the future. Doge's community is quite good, they use and discuss doge regularly. I realized that we should only use doge as a means of payment because I am not sure if the growth of doge is more stable and better than other assets.

Agree. If by any means, Dogecoin reduces its supply, then it'll go to the moon like skyrocket. There's no other way around it. Cryptocurrencies with a large supply often have a hard time becoming extremely valuable across the market. Dogecoin is one of those cryptocurrencies, as well as, XRP with billions of coins in supply. Despite this, Dogecoin has a good thing that most cryptocurrencies lack of. And that is a highly supportive community unlike no other crypto to date. The lack of development and innovation shouldn't be much of a problem as long as Dogecoin is used by most people worldwide.
