I have one r9 290 and a hd 5770
my settings
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert -o stratum+tcp://rt2-stratum.hashfever.com:3274 -u xxxxx -p xxxx -g 1 -w 256 --expiry 0 --scan-time 0 --thread-concurrency 14000,3100 -I 14 --lookup-gap 2 --auto-fan --temp-target 85 --temp-overheat 91 --gpu-engine 1000,880 --gpu-memclock 1500,1250 --gpu-powertune 20
I'm getting a lot of hw errors from r9 290 even though I reduce tc values. I have just 4 gb ram.
Any suggest? Thanks

Have you tried just plain execution like: vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert -o stratum+tcp://rt2-stratum.hashfever.com:3274 -u xxxxx -p xxxx -I 14 See if you still get hw errors.

Thanks for your help
With your settings I get an error
Error -4 enqueueing kernel onto command queue GPU 0 failure
Strange all errors regard only the r9 290, hd 5770 runs well

No idea what causes that error but I suppose you didn't 'over' over-clock your r9 290. Possible to damage the gpu.

Can't get my 290 to run either, constant hw errors but my 6870 runs fine. Tried a bunch of different miners but get error-4 every time.

Hashing.at seemed to have some problems with the pool daemon not syncing, the admin decided to stop the pool until fix it. In the first post there is a notice about it also... Suprnova managed to go up and dedicated, polerino and ultrapool and others medium-small pools are working fine. I don't recommend hashfever because has a potential 51% risk. Good luck miners !!!

Finally we found the glitch. We wanted to enable 47 languages on the wallet, and looks like our issue was there. Right know we have dark & classic under linux, Roto2 the great it's compiling.
We'll go straight forward and upload the 3 versions for windows. Build-in chat it's pretty much ready (miniwebbrowser on the wallet) but we decided to focus first on releasing the 3 wallets and then this weekend will be updating all the newfeatures.
Now you can see that the hashrate it's right. Everything it's looking pretty good.
Again thanks for all the support and sorry for how things started!
Cheers!

No idea what causes that error but I suppose you didn't 'over' over-clock your r9 290. Possible to damage the gpu. I had alse this error. Solution was to reduce TC. For now I have TC 8192. I have HD7950 Sapphire cards

Typical: the source code doesn't compile in Linux! The rotocoin-qt.pro file is only aware of Windows, having things like "C:\deps" or mgw48 suffixes in its libs. I don't want to use the compiled version because I want to compile for myself. I know you must be busy now and specially after your "successful launch". Please think of Linux people while releasing the code. I've been adapting tones of projects but I'm starting being fed up!

Thanks again for all the support and sorry for how things started! IPO coins are sent! If you don't have your IPO coins I'll probably sent you a PM asking for your Address!
Cheers!
Long Life to Roto2!
Ps: the trolling dude from the opening pic it's called Phillippe el Conquistador. That wallet wasn't supposed to be released lol
