The European League is not the main reference for big teams, they don't even look serious about winning three points, this can be seen when I bet last night that almost all the big teams from Tottenham, Napoli to Leicester City failed to get the full three points. Even though Napoli obtained good results last week when they beat AS Roma with a score of 4-0 but failed to win last night and resulted in me losing the bet choosing Napoli. In the future, we prefer only small teams as winners because some of the core players are always reserved to give opportunities to the reserve players.

Still nice that they manage to win a point at least, Rijeka had so man matches that were very close. I still can't believe Dinamo Zagreb didn't concede a single goal yet this season in Europa league and managed to qualify for the next stage. Only team that has not conceded in EU competitions, still beyond me, but happy for it.

It's a good record for a group stage, I would have really hoped that they see it as such and play better to keep it but, it's likely not going to happen when there would be a regrouping.

Lol, good luck with that (@preferring mid tier teams to win in contrast to big teams). It would be an amazing watch, having the unexpected play out but, it's always about the big teams. They let this things play out by underestimating the mid tier teams and before they get to realize what's going on, the bet is already heading for a lose or a draw as evident in yesterday's Napoli, Leicester and Tottenham match.

@Oneandpure similar sentiments were echoed by Jose Mourinho for Tottenham player’s, because he too claimed that Tottenham player’s undervalued this competition, and in particular this fixture of theirs, and I feel that they’re lucky to have escaped with a draw. Furthermore I feel that he was bit harsh on them when he compares their performances, to his time at Manchester United when it was ending, because back then the player’s had given up playing for him, and this Tottenham side is actually playing for his honour.

Football requires predictions from various aspects, there is a coach's strategy, the players who played in the starting XI, playing schedule and so on. Conceding a lot of goals also certainly cannot be ignored scored 11 conceded 7 goals, this is not a good result as a champion candidate.
In the next phase they will fight against stronger teams meaning Milan have to do something in defense.

Surprises continue in Europa League with Napoli and Sociedad drawing in their respective games! At least Leverkusen and Arsenal managed to win...
The last round will be played in the next week, Napoli vs Sociedad is a key match in the group F since the points of the top 3 are close and doesn't guarantee anything for the moment. Spurs vs Antwerep is interesting too although Spurs will proceed to finals!

Yup, it's really amazing. Considering they almost got knocked out by Cluj in the 2nd qualifying round (they won on penalties) and that they lost easily to Ferencvaros, this really is a huge accomplishment.

I think if they don't concede in the last game (they are playing dead-last CSKA at home) that they will be the 1st team ever in European competition not to concede in the group stage.

They will probably still get beaten early in the knockouts, but fair play to them. Takes more than luck for such an achievement.

Leicester had a shock loss in the last weekend in the league too, so probably they are running into a moment of poor form. Seems like every time Vardy can't find space to score, his whole team comes down with him. Arsenal has one of the most faithful fans in the world, they are so used to managing then switching teams and that is true fanship if there is anything as such. But, Arsenal really needs to be giving the fans some sense of pride like competing and winning the prestigious UCL and not just FA Cup.

Vardy is Leicester, without Vardy there is no Leicester or so it seems. I'm amazed at him, despite his aging career, he still manages to keep up as a good striker but at times, I feel is way too much pressure on him.

However, since their attacker was quite fierce then everything might still look fine. But I'm sure the coach will think about it. But I want them to be involved in the big game in the Europa League as a test that deserves to be reckoned with as potential champion.

It is something usual for the English teams as the do not have a lot of income from Europa league compared to the one that they can get from a good season in Premier league thus they do not try hard in the European games.
However, we cannot say the same for Italian teams and especially for Napoli. They played badly yesterday and this was the clear reason about not getting those three points. Good for them they are still on No.1 position on the group.
