Our bonus does not work like that at all. A player is free to withdraw their deposit at anytime, it is not locked in by the bonus. They cannot withdraw the bonus without certain requirements being met as this would mean we would just be giving away free money.

How many bets should i place to complete your bonus requirements ?

If i take the lowest odds 1.5 , then my maximum stake could be only 33.33 mbtc (8 USD)
So if i want to complete your  bonus requirements i have to place (1*10/0.033 =) 303 bets @1.5, 400 bets @ 2

So what do you think about it ?

Could you please PM me your account details so that I can take a look at your bet history and see why there is a limit? Your account would not have been limited if you have placed only one bet. There may be a limit on that particular market depending on what the risk limit is on a particular market. For example, if there is a very popular boxing match on and 1000s of people bet, there is a limit to the amount of money any betting business can risk if all their clients were to win the bet.

This is very standard for any betting company. I would need to investigate your account and see what the case is here before I can say 100% what the issue is.

So, I agree with Fox. Your deposit bonus is used to lock user deposit.

You can check their activity, sitting out the whole tournament and after their main account lose, they will lose the other account

Is it fair from a book to limit their customers account after 1 (lost) bet (so much) not to be able to complete the bonus requirements ?

Could you please PM me your account details so that I can take a look at your bet history and see why there is a limit? Your account would not have been limited if you have placed only one bet. There may be a limit on that particular market depending on what the risk limit is on a particular market. For example, if there is a very popular boxing match on and 1000s of people bet, there is a limit to the amount of money any betting business can risk if all their clients were to win the bet.

This is very standard for any betting company. I would need to investigate your account and see what the case is here before I can say 100% what the issue is.

So betvip put 12 USD winning limit on my account after 1 lost bet.  They investigated it.
Betvip give you deposit bonus but they limit your account not to be able to complete the bonus requirements.  They think it is fair.
What do you think?

All betting platforms have the right to restrict a player where their traders deem necessary. This is not done lightly, they investigate each account in depth and look for certain criteria that is deemed as unfair play in the industry. This is standard practice.

Please understand that a betting platform holds a lot of risk for the operator and we expect fair play from our clients.

Our traders investigate accounts based on the nature of the bets and not the number of bets. As explained, a sportsbook holds all the risk and we expect fair and honest play from our players.
