Hi Goxcraft,

The withdrawal was put on hold because you tried to withdraw 5.38 mBTC and we are sure you intended to withdraw 5.38 BTC? Please check your mail to confirm. You were also slightly short of your bonus turnover requirement but we are happy to waive this and process your full withdrawal request upon confirmation Smiley

Kind regards,

I wanted to withdraw the entire balance - mBTC 5375.50. But I got an error message - Inssuficient funds. This is why I decided, that on withdrawal form users should use BTC instead of mBTC.

My rollover is more than 3X(deposit+bonus)

My rollover is more than 3X(deposit+bonus)

It showed as 50mBTC short on the rollover on our side - which is why you got the insufficient funds message.

But don't worry, we've just sent through your payment - enjoy your winnings! Smiley

What is the maximum bonus amount?
[/quote]

Hi Harib,

The maximum bonus amount is 1 BTC - your bonus has been credited!  Smiley

Enjoy and good luck! Please contact us if you have any further questions,

Kind regards,

I just sent an email to your support with 3 questions, but I don't know how long it will take to get a response, so reproducing the email here:

"1) My account is [xxxx]

I had a balance of [xxx] btc deposited, and received a 1.0 btc bonus, for a total of 2.0 btc.

I made a wager about 15 minutes ago of [xxx].

I tried to make a 2nd wager, adding on to the same bet, for [xxx] (an amount less than 1.0 btc).

But I get a message saying "Remove all. You need to bet 1 or more".

I don't understand the message. Why can't I bet less than 1.0 bitcoin? I can at any other bitcoin book.

I have less than 1.0 btc left in the account (after the initial bet I made).
So this means I can no longer bet the balance in the account.
This makes no sense to me.

Please explain.

2) Does your site have live chat and/or a toll free number that people in the USA can use, or is email the only method of contact.

(I'd like to make more bets, and was considering depositing more right now. But the problem listed above has discouraged me from doing that).

3) I sent an earlier email about the following:

I have an email from you stating that my withdrawal has been rejected.
But I never attempted a withdrawal.
What is this about?

Not being able to bet less than 1.0 btc, not being able to contact you immediately via live chat and/or phone, and your having received an attempt for my funds to be withdrawn which I didn't send...[omitting this until I get responses].

Thank you.

8 hours later.

No response yet to my email to Support.

No response yet in this thread.

Here is a copy of the email I received from you re: the rejected withdrawal from my account - which was never requested by me:

"Cash withdrawal cancelled (BetVIP.com)
Dear Harib  ,

Please note that your withdrawal request has been rejected with the following reason:

Cancelled

Your transaction reference is: [xxxx]

Please contact Dummy Site for more information.
Tel: 10141335-005
Email: support@betvip.com

Regards,
BetVIP.com team "

It's disturbing if someone tried to withdraw from my account, which I've only had for a few days.

Also, what does "Please contact Dummy Site..." mean?

Is "Please contact Dummy Site..." supposed to be meaningful to me or to any of your other customers?

Looking forward to hearing from you via either or both methods.

Is all of your support closed normally for more than 8 hours daily?

Hi Harib!

We have e-mailed you with the below response,

1.) I hope you are well. The minimum bet is 10 mBTC and the standard currency unit is in mBTC as stated on the betslip - so you were trying to bet 0.001 BTC not 1 BTC Smiley

2.) We do have a live chat feature and it is currently online.

3.) The e-mail was sent mistakenly from our system as two deposits were logged in our back-end and the second was cancelled, a withdrawal was not requested.

Kind regards,
Jessica

The same with me. I've received some kind of mystical letter before I requested for withdrawal:

Jessica - Thanks for the response.

Ooops!

My original wager was intended to be 1.05 BTC.  I should've noticed, but haven't encountered this before (a book converting 1 BTC to mBTC).
Glad you pointed it out. Perhaps will leave it as a mini bet.

"2.) We do have a live chat feature and it is currently online."

I'm sure this was off when I looked originally.

During what hours do you have live chat available normally?

Will decide if I want to increase wager or leave the unintended mini bet.

Hi Harib,

I am not sure of which time zone you are in but it should be available for approx. 16 hours per day.

Sorry about the confusion with the mBTC/BTC - we are busy adding a second box to the betslip for wagers in BTC to avoid this in future Smiley

Why not leave the currency unit in BTC, and let the customer make the BTC unit smaller such as betting 0.1 bitcoin or 0.01 bitcoin,  rather than adding an extra conversion for the customer to deal with?

EDIT - I see you answered this while I was typing my question:

"Sorry about the confusion with the mBTC/BTC - we are busy adding a second box to the betslip for wagers in BTC to avoid this in future".

More problems with the site yesterday:

I wanted to place a bet for 3.9985 bitcoins / 3998.5 mBTC.

The website has no limits posted, so I deposited 2.0 btc to augment the 1.9985 I had on the site.

I then tried to enter for the bet amount 3998.5, but it kept changing it to a lower amount.

I just tried to enter a stake of 3998 into the "Stake mBTC" box to test it, and it changes it to 2666, so that I win 1999.5 mBTC.
So perhaps that is what was doing yesterday.
So I thought fine, now I know the limit for this sport at least is to win just under 2000 mBTC.

But then everytime I clicked on "PLACE BET", it would change the bet amount to 641.03 mBTC, and post a message:
"Max Win Limit exceded. The maximum you can bet is 641.03." (0.641 btc). And it has changed the amount in the "Stake mBTC" box to 641.03 mBTC.

So although no limit is posted, it has now twice lowered the amount I can bet.

So I'm regretting wasting the time transferring 2btc into the account and fooling around with it trying to complete a bet, but I click on "PLACE BET" and the same result - the same message although the amount I'm trying to bet is exactly the amount it states is the maximum I can bet.
I try half a dozen times, and then give up.

"I am not sure of which time zone you are in but it should be available for approx. 16 hours per day."

I am in PST (GMT -7.0). If you had stated what hours your live chat is available, and the time zone you are in, I could have applied it to my own time zone, but you gave a vague response.

Now that you know what my time zone is, can you state exactly what hours in PST I will find live chat available?

I almost never see live chat available.
It appears to me to only be available for a few hours a day, if that.

Last time I had this happen I emailed support and posted in the forum, and it took more than 8 hours to get a response.
I'm hoping something more timely is possible.
