In my opinion about Him, I guess it is not He won because of luck. Since Stefan Mandel won 12 times in lottery it means He is an experts of this gambling in lottery due to that He is a mathematical genius. Maybe He has a technique and basic pattern for it that's why He always win.

He is lucky dud! If you are winning 7 streak completely in casino games, you are the one who can defeat household or huge players. But imagine, he played and won 12 times in a lottery. Actually this sounds entirely feasible at least in proposition, I know that at least lotteries in my own country are never this generous and really not open in this way however its not impossible if certain conditions are met.     Calculate carefully and cleverly and then then many millions behind you in backing to buy every ticket then perhaps its a win but thats not exactly easy to do for most of us.
   I've investigated similar previously and afaik this story is legit though I have not checked this guy specifically I think its another instance.    Lotto firms go to great measures to avoid predictability, some on occasion can be open to it.

Actually it's safer to carry that money if you will keep it low profile. That way possible robbers won't suspect that you're carrying huge amount of money. Also, I think the money you'll get will go through a check account so you don't need to carry a bunch of cash at a single claim. That man who won 12 times in a lottery is a genius and too brave. I think it is a huge success for the people who are belonging something to be in their life if he had lots of success in lottery it all about his time and luck so that if we do follow the other things in it also we cannot be successful because lottery are always filled up with you only time.

I also doubt it since they made it into computerized, they put an algorithm in lotto where no one can easily get the pattern. Modern technology is very complex now so I think it's really impossible for him to cracked the system and win everyday.

Buying all the tickets is a good way to maximize the odds of winning at lottery. This is great trick but for such an execution, you of course need some good amount of dollars which normally not everyone around have. In a given scenario like mentioned in your post, it is not very difficult to be the winner provided you have the investor by your side. IN many cases, investors however do not fund people due to the low odds of success.

But they actually did it.Imagine hitting lottery for 12 times is already a proven strategy and that man managed to get sufficient funding for such lottery bets and with this he made himself being a villain of lottery business.

I believe he has high skills in the programming so he can break the lottery algorithm which not all programmer can do. But I don't think that the algorithm was easy to exploit because to break the code, someone needs to master the algorithm so he can be able to crack it. There was really no high amount of genius needed. The man is not a mathematical genius either. It does not need a genius to simply bet on almost or all combinations. But I give him the credit for being able to execute what others might have already thought for a long time. This man is not a mathematical genius but one who might be a genius in convincing the people around him to support his seemingly weird idea.
