Namibia vs Oman, in today's match, Namibia team is batting in the first innings, they have already lost 5 wickets. Michael van Lingen is in great batting form he scored 40 runs off 55 balls unfortunately he couldn't make his half century. Malan Kruger is in batting form at the moment, he is fighting hard for the team and is batting towards a good score. Malan Kruger scored a half-century of 51 off 77 balls, but he looks set to do better for the team. However, if the Oman team can bowl well in today's match, the Namibia team will not be able to score too many runs. Oman won the match because Namibia has a reputation of being chokers. They need to understand that each and every match is important in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 2023/24-2027. ICC funding depends on how the associate nations perform in this tournament. A loss to a lower ranked team such as Oman is going to impact Namibia negatively in terms of fund inflows. Oman on the other hand has just one win from 4 matches, and they are just above Nepal and United Arab Emirates in the points table.

Namibia should have scored more runs. Would be better if they could have scored 50 more runs then Namibia could have won this match. The fall of some important wickets in their top order restricted them from scoring higher in the match. And this opportunity was accepted very well by the Oman team. They managed to get to the set position for just 6 wickets. And for this their bowlers must have a big contribution. Both Bilal Khan and Fayyaz Butt keep in good bowling performances to restrict the team to 196 runs. But I don't expect Oman to win against Scotland because Scotland is a good enough team. Oman team will not be able to keep up a big resistance against them.

Oman won by 4 wickets against Namibia team. In the match, Oman won the toss and they opted to Bowl first. Oman bolwers were seem skillful enough and they did good start up. that's why Namibian top order batsmen were seen struggling for making runs in the match. Their strike Run rate were so slow. Maybe it was their strategy to focus on saving wickets rather than making more runs in 1st 20-25 overs. Afterwards JJ Smit(41) and specially Malan Kruger(73) were able to collect good amount of runs. But later, rest of players got out with lowers runs and their final score was 196-9 which wasn't a fair score for winning the match in ODI format. Besides Oman started batting and it supposed to be, they were playing relaxly as same as Namibia did. Khalid Kail(43) and specially Aqib Ilyas(68) able to score good amount of runs. But this match was getting complex for oman due to the slow speed of run collection. But Shoaib Khan played good as finisher batsman and anyhow they manage to surpassed the Targeted runs and archived the victory

Tomorrow, Scotland is going to play against Namibia at Dundee. Scotland has only 3 wins from 6 matches, so they would be looking for a win. Namibia on the other hand, has been on a downhill journey. At the moment, Canada is on top with 8 points from 4 matches. Namibia and Scotland are at second and third place respectively. Irrespective of who wins the match tomorrow, the winning team will become the table toppers. And in case the match gets washed out (which happens so frequently in Scotland), Namibia will become the table toppers with 9 points from 8 matches.
