Who are watching Iran vs Angola now?

Angola is leading but Iran is still the favorites here with 1.35 ML and -5.5 in my sportsbook.
I've seen Angola played against the Philippines and I'm not impressed, I'm think of taking Iran at -5.5 here or maybe -6.5 to get an odds over 2.00 with price boost. Thoughts?

I made a moneyline bet for Iran. With your handicap, you must have made a nice winning prize. That was actually risky as Angola seemed successful for the most part of the game to limit the movements of Iran. But Iran managed to get back and scored much in the last quarter.

Although I won in my ML bet, I ended up losing in the overall in this particular match because of my Over 133.5 bet. It only took a tiny .5 points for my winning prize to get burned.

Betting on ML for Iran gives you only 35% of your bet since the odds is 1.35.
You should have take the point spread which is -6.5 because they were still able to cover it, Iran won by 9 points, so that's clearly a winning bet.

The first half it was Angola who led by one point, but they experience a meltdown in the 2nd half, just like what happen against the Philippines in their previous game where they were up by double digit entering the 4th but they weren't able keep the lead and the game ended in OT, they are just lucky as they won in the OT.

I placed my bet earlier. The game was rather close all throughout. It was only in the last quarter that the lead widened a bit. I wanted a safer bet. 35% was good enough for me for as long as it was almost a sure win.

By the way, what are your nice betting strategies on the current games?

Even if +27.5 for Japan, I will still not bet for that. They are up against the defending champ and they are not even near the top10 teams in the world so it obvious that team USA will dominate the match.

As expected, USA won the game against Japan and they dominated Japan.
Final score was 45 -98 USA and that -27.5 for the USA was easily covered as they won by a margin of 53 points.

Jaylen Brown was the leading scorer for the USA with 20 points from 9/15 shooting.

I am not understanding Japan but team USA is way out of their league. So basically I am expecting that match to be a blowout and that's it, I won without a sweat.

Congrats for winning this bet without any worries as team US played big and cover that handicap with almost doubled in edge, there's no question about team US as coach POP knows how to adjust properly with the team who's all young and willing to work to win.

Adjustment has been perfectly done next round will be much interesting for Team US.

Russia is out of the world cup, after their loss to Poland. They were leading until the 4th quarter, when the Poles made a startling comeback. This has become the regular story for the Russian side. They are losing crucial matches, after leading the first three quarters. BTW, the Spain vs Italy match is progressing quite well. With 10 minutes remaining, Spain is leading by 2 points.

But Spain ended up victorious with their solid defense especially outside the perimeter, giving the Italian sharpshooters a very hard time.

Yeah i did bet for the Italians but i won on my other two bets which is both under 154.5 for Korea vs China and Philippines vs Tunisia. It's not all pain for me this time, there's a gain  .

Spain finally defeated Italy, but the margin was very small. But still, I would regard them as one of the favorites to win the tournament. We have Serbia vs Spain on Sunday, and it is going to be really exciting. I am thinking about making a bet in favor of Serbia (1/4). They are giving 16/5 for Spain, but I don't think that they have any realistic chance of beating Serbia. Serbia looks invincible as of now, and I would say that 1/4 is as good as it gets.

Bai, the winning streak came after dinner. I've placed 8 bets and I won all. The sad thing is that I only made a little gain all in all. I lost 4 bets before I took a little rest and ate dinner. I guess my luck came from the vegetables I ate. LOL!

Serbia vs Australia? The chances are low. Because Serbia is in Group J and Australia is in Group L. During the quarter-finals, teams from these two groups will not face each other. Such a chance will arise only in the semi-finals. But that said, I am not sure whether Australia will qualify for the QF. They need to beat Lithuania, which is a very strong team. And even if they beat Lithuania and become the second team to qualify from Group L, they will be facing the United States in the QF.

Honestly, if you ask me there is no need for teams who have failed to move pass the group stage to go to Olympics neither, not that they will fail there right away or they do not belong there neither, there are teams that just happen to have tough luck and lost (like turkey yesterday who suppose to win by any major sportsbook) but I think they are not going to make a difference anyway.

I mean they will want to go and play but in the end do you really think a team that got eliminated in the group stages here will have any chance to actually medal in Olympics? It is more than impossible if you ask me, there has to be so many things going right for them and wrong for their opponents at every single game for that to happen. That is why its not a big deal which one will go.

I just read several articles and watched some videos and the Greek players cant wait for tomorrows match, especially Giannis cant wait! In a press conference a few years ago (2017), he said his biggest dream was to play Team USA in a tournament, that he would beat them and write history again! (USAs last loss was in 2006 vs Greece)

The Russia vs Poland game was quite surprising for me as i thought that Russia would win that game. Poland struggles against China and i think that they lost their games in the second round.

Serbia is sending a statement to the US, they will beat them if they meet in the semis or finals but still i am for the US team here where the brand of Philippine basketball is pattern .

Of course, but I'm sure they will not face in the Final match.
USA won against the Spain in an exhibition game prior to the competition and I think I've seen enough and I still think USA will win when these 2 giants will face again. Anyway, it gonna be a great match up to watch, but I like to see how Serbians will be able to destroy the weaker USA team in the Finals.

I want to ask your thoughts on this.

I am trying to use a little arithmetic in my Over/Under bets today. Let's say in the match between USA and Greece. I took the average scores in their previous five matches, add them up, and will place my Over/Under bet based on it.

So, based on their last 5 games, USA has an average of 94.8 points per game while Greece has 83.2 points. The total would be 178 points. Therefore, betting on Over 165.5 is a wise decision.

Is this right? Or am I just wasting my time on this strategy? LOL. Thanks!
