It's worth the risk anyway, Aussie have good players and have the mindset of trying to win each game that they've got placing small bets with handicap +1.5 can double your bet, for sure it will be a good game between this two teams both are doing well from this tournament and deserve the position from this world cup. In the other side, Spain is the favorite to win this tournament though we see a lots of upset but basing from how they've reached this finals, it can be a good value for your money picking carefully with high hopes to win.

Also, I think it doesn't matter that much if there is a star player in a team or there is a famous one in a team. Because at the end of the day, there's no "i" in "team" and their teamwork is what will pay off.

Exactly, Argentina won because they don't rely on stars, if you watch them playing, you will see they are really confident and they are even having fun playing with the France while the France struggled to score.

Scola did great in every game, and I think after this, its guaranteed that he will  be back in the NBA, and maybe some players within the squad will have a chance to be evaluated also. Facundo CAMPAZZO is a great PG, when he is handling the ball, you know he can make big plays, I just want him to be in the NBA as well although his height is only  5'10".

So I still have 26 hours to decide on which of the odds should I pick. I like Argentina +3.5. +4.5 on Argentina at 1.85 looks good too.

Argentina averages 88 points per game compared to Spain's 79. Spain's main scorer is Rubio which is a actually bad on the 3 point lane. Spain is a defensive team but so is France with 2 time defensive player Rudy Gobert. Spain will have massive height advantage. Argentina will be small with a 5'10 point guard and 6'9 big men.

If Spain wins, it would definitely be Gasol. His performance in this FIBAWC is superb even in the semis, he score 30 points that I think is the highest made in the tournament this year.

It has to think of another name but what Gasol did this competition is something we have also to mention his name back then and he probably deserves such recognization and praises. As I would like to see Spain wins the final round, but Argentina still aggressive and also they are working it hard to sustain their momentum and I really don't think that they will easily lose the ball.

It is very ironical indeed especially for Serbia who is very confident in winning in this year's FIBA world cup. I tried to bet on Poland on Money Line but just a few amount but lucky I bet on them with +19.0 and won .

The Czechs have a 9 pt lead going to the Half time. I thought that the Serbia will win easily on this but I think its the reverse of it. I bet on Czechs with 6.29 Money Line and +11.5 spread .

I'm rooting for Rubio as well. Checking and comparing the stats would show the difference between the two.

I admire Gasol and his contribution but the stats don't lie.

I dont get why people keep saying the same thing over and over.  It's not the "selectors" that put together this team.  The "selectors" went after 35 people and only 4 are on the team.  The players declined to play.  Peoe like Mason plumlee dont even belong starting on an nba team let alone paying for a national select team.

It seems to me that Serbia's main problem is that they couldn't stand the great pressure of the expectations of the whole nation.
On the other hand, too many players gave up playing for America and while 20 or 30 years ago, Team D would have been strong enough to win the World Cup now the difference between America and the rest of the world is not that big.

Yes Rubio has a high chance too to become an MVP since he led in scoring and even in assists like you said.

I think one reason is that they are getting ready for the upcoming NBA season. They are afraid that they will get injuries in the FIBA World Cup so they just focus on NBA and backed out in FIBA.

The Serbia made a run in the 3rd and got the win against the Czechs 90-81. Bogdanovic had 31 pts and the assists of Jokic is just insane. Big man and a very good passer .

My mvp vote could literally go to Scola, I don't care who wins the cup, if Scola plays like he played so far and they still lose, then I would give the cup to Scola for sure, if he sucks and doesn't play well on the finals and causes them to lose then I may pick Gasol.

Rubio is definitely a close second behind Gasol but in this type of tournament we have seen the importance of a great big man, so far almost all the teams that made it to finals, semi finals and so forth all has been the nations who had a decent big, which means not only Gasol had to play great himself but also he had to face against other great big man as well.

Rubio was just a great distributor who scored a bit but Gasol was literally the corner stone of that team that brought the team all the way here. Becoming NBA champions and then world cup winners at the same 3-4 month difference would be amazing for Gasol if they can pull it off.
