if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it
The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh

and how i make my account safe  Huh

First of all, the protection of your funds lies with you, since you did not come up with a strong password, after which you did not enable 2-factor authentication, you did take no care of protecting your email. It also doesn’t hurt to use the on-screen keyboard to combat keyloggers, carefully check the site in the address bar so that you won’t be flipped to phishing mirrors, but anti-virus software should always have fresh databases.

I think that it is an obvious who is responsible. At least if we are talking about cryptocurrencies that you have on your personal wallet and you own the private key. When you have cryptocurrencies on the exchange and this exchange is hacked, you are also responsible but there is a chance that someone (exchange) will help you cover the loss.

We are also responsible when our coins are exchanged by others, because the exchanger should not be a place to store our coins for a long time. Exchangers should be a place for trading

If someone account got hacked then it is a fault of account holder that he have not take all security measures to secure his credentials to enter in his account and do any transaction. Hackers can enter in only those accounts whose security can be breached and it is our duty to fully secure our all information.

Unless the hack happened from within, which is actually the case in many of the high profile exchange hacks, beginning with the biggest of them all Mt Gox in Japan. But people never learn. No matter how careful you are and how much care you give to your security,,, if you are leaving your funds on a central server, you will always risk getting hacked no matter what.

You are the only person that is responsible for everything. If an exchange got scammed or hacked and you have lost your funds, it is only your fault.  Just accept it and you would have a much easier life instead of blaming everyone around you.

You need to associate with an exchange that takes security in high esteem. If any login attempt is detected from a different location, that should be blocked and verify via email. You need to set 2FA, if they are able to hack your email, then your phone will be with you always. If it is a hack on the exchange itself and not an individual, then the exchange should be bold enough to take the responsibility as Binance Exchange did to their users and nobody suffered any lost.

I'm using up Coinbase and it isn't easy to bypass it up because anytime you do logged in it do need some SMS verification and other that it do need up some email verification.
So its odd that someone do able to access on OP's coinbase and losing up the money he had.Usually if there are incidents that being tagged up with lose of funds due to carelessness and lack of common sense then this do really ties up with the user itself,he do had the mistake on not to keep safe of his keys and other important logged in informations where other people or hackers do able to access it and steal all the funds inside. If you aren't aware on how to keep things safe up then most likely you will end up on the same scenario all over again.Responsible why your account gets hacked? Theres no other thing to be blame but yourself.

It unfortunately is your responsibility.  How can a exchange be held accountable if you leave your user name password laying around, have a poor password that's easily cracked, virus attacked computer, etc.  Always practice safety and use 2 factor where available, that will help keep your accounts secure.

This is entirely your responsibility, it's different if the exchanger is hacked and all the exchanger users are hacked. You can and other users report to the police.
you should use a local exchanger so that it's easy to claim if there are problems later.

but if your wallet is not exchanged then hacked you cannot do anything that is your own responsibility.

You are definitely responsible whenever you lose your crypto coin on your account on any exchange platform. Why should you keep your crypto coin on an exchange platform knowing that a third party can easily access the account when either you or the exchange platform make any silly mistake. Exchange platforms are meant for either buying or selling of cryptocurrencies. They are not meant for storing of cryptocurrency..

Before you even do anything. Setup your printer and create a folder with a .txt file in it. When you decide on your password username and other setting. Type them into the .txt and save them in that folder. Print them out right away at least 2x and keep on piece of paper in your safe and the other another place that is safe enough but not too difficult to get to. Then backup your folder to a usb stick or external hdd or even to 2 usb/external hdd.

As another layer of protection you can encrypt your folders.

There should be an investigation on this, if you don't set up the security features of the exchange, there's a possibility that it's your fault, but if all the features are turned on and the hacker still manage to get, then the exchange should answer why the hacker able to bypass their security features.

A hack on exchange, exchange is responsible for such hacks because the user trusted them, provided their details and enabled 2fa which is maximum security. Anything else that affects the users funds on the exchange is the exchange fault as they're unable to protect their customer.

On the case of exchange account hacked, the exchange is more responsible for it and it should pay you. The report of exchange hacking is widespread and exchanges should be aware enough and take protective measures to ensure safety. And on the part of regulated bodies, they should also take action against hackers to discourage hacking.

If my account get hacked, my mistake. I think although in exchanges they will know how we get hacked. I have experienced once and it is totally my mistake because i save my file in google drive, how my google account get hacked, maybe i wrong click on register in a site that usually people called phising. Maybe if people really strict to save their data, they will have very little chance to get hacked. In case it is not  the exchange which get hacked and steal a lot of people's wallet.

no, because from the start it was clear that the crypto industry was not responsible for any form of loss, be it accounts or coins. so here we work, whether it's investment, trading, or bounty, there are no authorities that guarantee our account or anything that is lost to us.

so be careful

If my wallet is hacked, I am responsible for it. Somewhere I left flaws to happen it. We have to be very careful using wallets.
Use only trusted wallet.
Keep private keys, private.
Be alert of phishing.
Use 2FA if applicable.
Same case for exchanges hack if above measures not followed.
If someone hacks the exchange even if necessary precautions are taken, then I believe, exchanges are responsible to keep their database vulnerable to hacking.

You're the one responsible if someone hacked your account.

There are ways to secure your account and one of this is having an authentication app on your phone.

Plus its not safe to store your coins in any exchanges if you're not going to trade it yet.
