Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no?

A lot in cryptocurrency market  think bounty campaign become not profitable this year.

There have not been any profitable bounty project that I know of or come across this year so far, but since there have been big increase in crypto prices from what it was at the start of the year the second half of the year could be better.

there are a lot of bounties in 2019 that I have participated in and it is not yet time for distribution, when the distribution of the bounty starts, the price will be a dump. that's what I often experience in 2019. so it's not worth it bounty for now.

There are good projects that pay for quality service delivery or bounty especially if you have significant influence in established communities. Youtube, media blogs etc and they pay modest sums. The general social media bounty have dwindled in terms of reward or as many project turn out to be scams or unable to raise capital

Bounty campaigns are very much profitable this year. We already passed some biggest rewarding bounty campaigns like the Velic, Miracletele, Harmony, SERO, GMAT, MITx and so on. All of these bounty paid huge money to the hunters. If you already missed those then you can start from now. This year we will see more good bounty campaigns coming through!

In this year I received payments only from three bounty projects.The rest either haven't yet entered the exchange, or turned out to be spam, 2 projects didn't collect softcap. Part of the projects decided to continue a bounty.

As for last year, well we can have that conclusion that it isn't really a profitable year. 2018 has been so hard for everyone and most of the projects didn't find its success. However for this year, I can see that some projects are good looking and was saved due to the another kind of investment which is the IEO. Some might be profitable for this year.

Of course there are some bounty profitable but we compare with last years, if we compare the number of successful bounty compared to that failed.

Though I agree that last year was hard for crypto investors, bounty hunters and for all. But the first half of 2018 was amazing. Bounty hunters earned huge money from the January month to August. We had Credits Blockchain, Shivom, Counting House, Essensia, XYO Network, Pundix and many more big paying bounty campaigns. If I compare between 2018 and 2019, then 2018 is still the winner here. But some people started to believe that bounty hunting is not worthy anymore after the crypto market collapsed in Q3 of 2018. But the truth is, good projects are paying bounty hunters very well.

I do not think there is a difference to those who make profit from bounty. Perhaps, there have been some declines in the newly created coins, but when you do some research, you will see that there are still profitable ones. On the other hand, there are still BTC paid campaigns and you are free to participate.

I think market has been the worst for bounty hunters this year uptill now, hunters are either getting peanuts or no reward at all and the situation is really terrible, i think market will take a lot to change this otherwise the struggle of bounty hunters will continue.

You need to know that bounty will be always profitable, of course if we get the payment and it could be converted into real money / assets. We don't pay for anything except time and effort in bounty, so we won't be lose anything except that. There are still a lot of decent bounty out there, paying more than $100 per person in total, some kind of bounty like that are still exist in 2019.

Since the beginning of the year, I have participated in bounties and most of them have been successful. I can boldly say, this is my year of bounties and the year the bounties have been successful.

I have participated in just a few bounties this year and some have paid but others have also not paid. Until the crypto market rises i don't think bounty hunters would be earning anything decent from their promotional services.

I haven’t join any bounty this year but as far as I can see in the market, it is still profitable because of many new good signature campaign and still many project are doing good. Though the amount of success bounties has lessen, we can still assume that many bounty hunters are still earning money even if its at lower value.

You did not invest so I don't understand your point by asking if the bounty campaign is profitable. As far as I know no amount you receive that we can term as commission. If you want to say maybe bounty hunting worth what doing then I will tell you campaign is not a luck. You can promote some and receive nothing or receive token that worth nothing. Some will not be sufficient enough to pay transaction fee while you can be lucky to participate in some that pays well such as harmony. So everything now is luck.

I could say bounty campaigns whether in 2019 or not seemed to have the same degree of profitability because there are some factors that could affect its outcome as mentioned in the following situations such as:

a) bounty hunters tend to sell their assets early (and often at a loss or below ICO/IEO price) on an otherwise promising project.
b) some projects have discontinued their development for various unknown reasons (e.g. financial difficulty)
c) some projects turned out to be a scam (exit scams)
d) some are legit projects but did not honor their commitment to the bounty community (significantly reduced bounty rewards or did not give bounty   payments at all)
e) the quality and performance of the project greatly affects our bounty profitability (that is why it very important to research and choose promising projects accordingly)
f) most bounty hunters nowadays have become more mature that they tend to select only the most promising projects which results for bounty hunting to be more competitive (more competitors = lesser the rewards)

Bounty campaign in itself is not profitable off late but more profitable based on the project you decide to promote. A lot of people thought bounty hnting was going to an end in 2019 but hell no, bounty hunting is still on and profitable in 2019 depending on the type of project you decide to participate or promote.

I've heard about PundiX but the rest that you mentioned I haven't. Good projects yeah are paying but the 2018 has been hard because of the rapid existence of scam projects and if they also had a bounty, it's also turning into the same way. That's why many have considered that 2018 has been so hard to most ICO investors and to bounty hunters because of that experience. But for this year, we don't know what the future looks like but it's looking good.
