We've seen people claim they win of course, its one in a million chance and they sure are the luckiest in the world. I knew a lot of people and they are using their money to buy lottery tickets for years and all they can get is those runner-up prizes, and that is the reason they are more addicted since they think they are close, but they are not actually. The only reason I can see is the amount of money one can win in lottery compared to other gambling games. Lottery has lesser chance of winning and it gives a higher reward. Well, we don't know on what actually their motives inside but letting the public know will somewhat give out some exposure and might able to get some sentiments from the public.

Playing lottery isn't that much fun. I like to win sometimes when I gamble so with poker you win sometimes a hand or a fit and go. With dice you get some green rolls. With lottery you can play months without winning anything so it would make me upset to play it.
