After this red card Real Madrid turned this into an advantage superbly and scored two goals in a short time. The goal that broke the deadlock of the game was enough for Real Madrid to score another one easier. They are the temporary leader in the standings now. However I expect Barcelona to take it back by defeating Espanyol.

Yes, the red card really gives an advantage to Real Madrid. They take 1 goal from a penalty kick and they are leading the number of players on the field. Valladolid becomes difficult to defend Real Madrid players after losing their striker. The second goal made by Benzema is clearly the impact of missing of 1 player from the Valladolid team. Anyway, with this 3 points, Real Madrid returns to 1st place temporarily.

Agreed, it seems like that it's not benzema who absent from world cup caused he's known that if deschamps was feeling skeptic with him. Even macron was trying to give him a chance but it's likely the problem was in the coach and some players like griezmann and Lloris. i lost respect for those guys. Benzema has proven that if he was still a worthy striker in real madrid. Atletico Madrid are 10 points away from Real Madrid now. This is a very big gap to be closed especially with this performance level. They don't even have a reliable effort against Elche which are like the last-placed team in the La Liga. They can't do anything serious by playing like this from now on. I believe Barcelona is going to be able to win this match.  my prediction for this match is that Barcelona is going to win two-zero in this match. And we also have to remember that Barcelona cannot afford to lose this match. Because they will then give potential access to Real Madrid to get back to the first position on the table.

Villarreal vs Valencia is a hard one to predict. I think this is going to be a draw between these teams. Could be a one-one draw. But I don't know. Both of them have been very inconsistent in recent times.
