After the shocking defeat of Real Madrid against Villarreal, I am sure that Barcelona will put everything on the field to win this match.  Still, Atlético Madrid is a very strong team and they have the quality to lose points to Barcelona.  The Barcelona match has entered a very important situation.  At the moment, the opportunity to be 3 points ahead has passed into the hands of Barcelona.  I hope they can consider this.

Yes, Real really surprised me yesterday (and ruined my bet). Now I understand that perhaps the bookmakers were right when they gave Real to win odds greater than 2, although in any case it is strange since Real is the reigning champion.

Before this game, there is another game currently been played that I wonder why there is no discussion about it. The game between Rayo and Betis. Three goals have been scored in just the first half and although Rayo got an equalizer after the early goal from Betis and played in the first half looking like the team most likely to be ahead during Halftime, Luiz Henrique scored a beautiful goal to give Betis the lead. With the number of goals scored in the first Half, it is difficult to predict how the second half will go and how many goals the game will most likely end with. Betis will remain winners to me at the end, lets watch.

Betis did not score in the second half of the match and Betis won the match 2-1. There is another important game at the moment and there was no goal in the first 30 minutes : Sevilla vs Getafe. I think Sevilla's squad is of good quality and does not deserve a low ranking. It seems to me that they are planning to win against Getafe and make a significant rise and I hope they succeed in that. Considering their past successes, a very important team is Sevilla in Spain.

I think the Spanish football has really dropped down and since both Messi and Ronaldo left the league they haven’t been able to come close to that level of football.

After Barcelona ended their last fixture in a draw I expected Real Madrid to try and get a win to move past Barcelona to be league leaders but they failed to win and finished in a draw and blew their opportunity to lead the table and you are absolutely right. The league has become less competitive, I miss the way it used to be when the rivalry of Messi and Ronaldo was still hot and everybody had to do their best to be number 1.

Real Madrid actually lost the match against Villarreal. That is the only reason why they are still at the same points as Barcelona. And that is also the reason why Barcelona is going to get a chance of getting ahead in terms of points compared to Real Madrid if they win or even draw their next match.

After the break, neither Barcelona nor Real Madrid started well. if the point difference was any less, I could say that some other team is actually going to give Barcelona and Real Madrid some serious problems. But that is not happening, at least not anytime soon.

So far this season I think Barcelona are relying too much on Lewandowski, so when Lewandowski can't play, it seems like Barcelona is having trouble scoring goals. Worse yet, even though Lewandowski can still be played as in the previous match when Barcelona played against Espanyol and in fact Barcelona was held to a draw.
In today's match against Atletico, Lewandowski cannot be played because it is still about punishment due to the impact of the red card received by Lewandowski.

So, with Lewandowski not in their squad this match and moreover the opponent is a strong Atletico team, then I'm not sure Barcelona will win.

If he meant that Real Madrid is ahead in terms of the quality of the squad, I think that would have been much more accurate. Because Real Madrid does have a very balanced team right now. I think that this will be the final score, and I'm happy for the followers of Sevilla, after the loosing spree seen until now. They are a great team, and don't deserve to be in the relegation in the standings.

It's not something easy, we know the style of play Diego Simeone's men play. They rely more on counterattacks, with a tough style of play. Atletico defenders can easily stop Ansu Fati from moving. In the absence of Lewandowski in the match which will last a few minutes, this will be a fortune for Atletico. Maybe Atletico will take advantage of this opportunity well.

Getafe tries hard but they lose with Acuna at the last moment.  Acuna scored a  goal 87th minute but it didn't work soo much good.  They lost the match by one goal margin. If they could have to prevent the goal  the 2nd goal by Getafe in 83rd minute. the match would have been a draw but they couldn't so the match was eventually lost. But the game has ended with plenty of excitement and two goals from both teams has been done in the last ten minutes
