Maybe Barcelona can win again in the second leg of the Copa Del Rey tomorrow but I just want to see how the game goes. I agree that ATM has a "possibility" to catch up to second place, but Real would probably not allow that at all. I'm not too sure about Atletico Madrid's focus right now, are they ambitious to be in 2nd place at the end of the season, or are they just maintaining their position where they are now. well, as expected Atletico Madrid was able to win the match against Real Betis. but for the match Real Sociedad vs Villareal I was quite surprised because Villareal was able to score 2 goals without reply. But overall the matches between Real Sociedad and Villareal were quite exciting. Both teams took turns building attacks. it's just that Villareal are better at creating opportunities and taking advantage of the opportunities they get into goals. At least that's what Diego Simeone hoped for in that match, but they will have to maintain this good form for the rest of the season as there are always threats coming from behind. That was such a huge chance for Real Betis to stay close to the top teams in the table. They should have tried to not lose at least. It is still not over though as there distance to Real Sociedad is still doable, but since Atletico was under pressure, conceding that goal in the 86th minute definitely hurt a lot.You can't lose concentration for a moment against Atletico as they often wait for this single goal even if it is late and then they literally steal the thee points in the last moment.

Atletico was the better team during the game and had more chances, but that is to be expected if you play against them in their home stadium. It is a bit tragic that the goal was conceded so late into the game. Since the championship is already over, the only exciting games are those where it is about qualification or relegation. Sevilla made a big step forward though. They are still in the danger zone, but it could have been worse now.
